This is why I fell in love with Schumacher as a driver. He isn't insecure about record breakers nor does he wish to defend his victories, he wants people to use him as a goalpost to give way for future domination. Schumacher's record may be broken but he will forever be the hero of a generation and a legend in f1 forever.

Michael Schumacher will always be the greatest driver of all time regardless of records
Records are just numbers there meaningless it's how you achieve your success that makes you such a great driver and just look at the way Michael Schumacher achieved his successes he won 5 world consecutive world titles for the biggest and best team in the business Ferrari, he won 5 out of his 7 world titles in inferior cars, he raced against 13 different world champions and beat them all whether it be in the race or for the title, he's the only driver who could win a race with another drivers set up in the car and also look at how he single handedly built up 3 different teams and took them to the top of the world
First of all there was Benetton of which Michael joined in 1991 and it took Michael 2 full years of hard work to get them to the top
And of corse there was Ferrari and Michael worked himself to the bare bone to bring them back to the top of the world 5 long seasons it took Michael 5 seasons and when he finally did it the emotion was clear to see and look at the competition he had to face in those glory years at Ferrari Mika Hakkinen, Kimi Raikkonen, Juan Pablo Montoya, Fernando Alonso, Michaels brother Ralf even Jenson Button could give Michael a run for his money but against all the odds Michael defeated them all and the only time Michael had the absolute best car was 2004 that's it
And then Mercedes even tho sadly Michael didn't win any races for them in f1 Michaels work and efforts behind the scenes was incredibly important into making Mercedes into what it is today
There are only 3 other drivers who I would happily accept as being called the greatest and those 3 drivers are Jim Clark, Juan Manuel Fangio and Sir Stirling Moss they were all incredibly talented and highly skilled drivers but I will always consider Michael Schumacher to be the greatest of all times because his achievements are so much more special because he knew what he wanted and he knew how to achieve what he wanted
    Michael Schumacher I salute you.

Crashing into someone isn't cheating, it's called being aggressive. Like, do you call Ayrton Senna a cheater for the same reason? When he crashed into Prost on purpose in 1990? Probably not. Plus, Lewis has had his moments of cheating as well such as when he lied to the stewards in Australia 2009, and he also did know about the spygate thing as well (not as much as Alonso and de la Rosa but still). Also, technically, Michael isn't even the first and only driver to be disqualified out of a championship, the Tyrrell drivers in 1984 was disqualified out of the championship for putting lead in the water of the car, much worse than what Schumacher did.

Schumi was not just driving aggressively when Schumi hit Hill and Villeneuve. Schumi deliberately rammed his car into them. Schumi was intentionally trying very hard to end their races, by using his car like a missile to take them out. Much worse and more dangerous than any previous form of cheating in F1. Schumi could have killed Hill or Villeneuve.
Senna started this form of dangerous "cheating" when Senna rammed his car into the back of Prost's car in 1990. Not only do I call Senna a cheater for this action, I call Senna a dangerous fuckin bastard too. Senna could have sliced Prost's head off with Senna's front wing. Bernie should have banned Senna from F1 for life right there. Schumi should have been banned for life in 1994.
You have to wonder if karma did not catch up with both of these two dangerous fuckin cheaters. Senna died later in a single-car crash of his own making. Schumi virtually "died" later on a ski vacation and remains a vegetable to this day.
