I think this represents MCR at their very best. Two guitars, each doing their own thing yet producing a beautiful duo that delivers both harmony and melody. The drums going crazy and giving that punk flavor. Gerard giving us some crazy good vocals while the bass ties everyting up together. Thanks for the wonderful cover.
I couldn’t agree with this comment more. I sought out a guitar cover of this song because I was in a sort of disbelief when I was re listening to it and had to come see if the riffs were doing what I thought I was hearing. The individually parts are so beautifully written like you said. They really don’t get enough credit in that respect, despite being a beloved band

you can pick down and up the strings and yes, just keep practising slow until you can do it faster
