To anyone feeling aches and pains after their first session...
It doesn't get easier. You get stronger.
warm-ups and post-lift stretching does help though lol
@@Ryan-op7yd yeah stretching is so useful, if don't stretch sometimes my muscles will hurt for like 2 days (especially legs), and if i stretch then it will last a few hours
chad star platinum pfp
It does get easier though
Well, it does get easier because your body adapts to the repeated stimulus, making you less sore the more often you go. But you need should be pushing yourself every time you go.

I'm a cancer survivor, just now getting back to a gym after 13 years after leukemia just about killed me. I found your content recently and gotta tell ya, this has been the most motivational, most valuable content I've found anywhere. I come back to this channel daily and watch it while prepping for my workout. I don't know if you realize how important this kind of content is, but its genuinely making my entire life better. Thank you.
Keep Grinding Brother! You are a true survivor

Godspeed! And get those gainz!
You my friend are an inspiration to us all. Keep your head up and keep getting those gains. We're all in it together!
Been going consistently now for 2 months and it is beginning to now feel like a part of my normal lifestyle!

Started going to the gym less than one month ago. On one of the first days, I did bench press and was kinda embarassed by the low weight with all of the people around me lifting way heavier. Still gave it my all till I achieved failure and one of jacked guy came to me, gave me a thumb up and offered to spot for me. I think I have rarely ever felt that good than after this workout. Now I'm getting more and more confortable with going to the gym and really starting looking forward to each session. Thanks Noel for being an inspiration to all of us!
One mistake most gym goers make is sleeping on the power of light/moderate weights and high volume. Everybody and their grandmother online says as a natural you need to lift heavy weights to grow. You do not. So do not be afraid to lift the baby dumbbells. I'm a large muscular guy, over 100kg and I love the baby dumbbells.
Do 20+ reps on everything, slow methodical movement, low rest time, muscles explode and your joints never get sore. Lift heavy weights will grow strength but it's slower to grow muscle size and you will eventually get sore joints/tendons.
How do I know this? I lifted heavy weights for my first 5 years of lifting, upper body made decent gains but lower body didn't. Plus I have/had scoliosis, after 5 years it became to painful to lift heavy on leg day. So I started doing cardio squat routines twice a week. Goblet squats 10 sets, 15 reps, strict 60 second rest break. My legs exploded in size, In 6 months my legs grew more than the previous 5 years of heavy lifting. The first time I heard my mate say "holy s*** your legs are massive", since they grew so quick.
Saw that happen, changed up all my routines to be light to moderate weight, high volume, low rest and everything exploded in size. I was already quite muscular beforehand with large shirts being tight, since then I'm up to XXL.
I got my friends on this routine, and they also saw significant faster muscle growth compared to their usual heavy 10-12 rep routines.
Muscles grow faster, you build endurance, you grow neural pathways much quicker (mind to muscle connection), and since your CNS isn't hit as hard you recover quicker. You will get up higher in weight eventually, and it will be more impressive since you'll be doing 15-20+ reps on that weight.
I've been training seriously since 2009, I've done every different program and training routine you can find. Nothing matches the effectiveness of high volume, low rest, moderate weights.
Props to jacked gym dude for doing a simple act of kindness that helped inspire you to continue going.
Just remember, you're not in competition with anyone but yourself at the gym
@@holdenmizack Yeah, I kinda got this mentality early on, no use beating myself by comparing myself with people who have better genetics/ use steroids. As long as I am the best version of myself that's enough
@@Klyttorius stfu mate lifting heavy is wat builds muscle. Iam a guy with great physique tall and big.
Noel you probably won’t end up seeing this but if you do, thank you. I’m 14 and have been bullied for being skinny for my whole life, scrolling through youtube and finding your videos are what got me into working out. In couple days it’ll be the one year anniversary of the first day i went to the gym. I hope one day i can have the pleasure of meeting you in person and be able to properly thank you for everything that you have done in my life. Thanks for everything king 👑💪
So cool you got into it so young. Keep it up. You'll enjoy it even more as you grow.
I'm 14 as well, similar story except wasn't bullied. It was mostly me being self conscious of how I look. Scrawny white boy with a baby face with a height of 5'8. I'm not too skinny but still very light. I only weigh about 120 pounds.
Back when I was around 6-7.5 I did competitive gymnastics and competed through different big cities (mainly L.A since it was the closest "big city") Anyway, I say this because I did several body workouts back then and try to do some of them now at home. One thing that helps is me remembering my 6 yo self being able to be in a gym 3 hours a day 3 days a week. I have the right mindset and am not worried about trying to stay consistent. I am mainly worried about the social part of it. I'm very shy and introverted, always have been. I just it's awkward working out in front of everyone. Which is very odd since like I said I did competitive gymnastics competitions in L.A in front of thousands of ppl. Guess the self esteem got to me.
I'm going to try and get into the gym this upcoming summer. I just can't keep thinking about how dumb I will look by lifting a small amount of weight.
If anyone has any tips on what to do at home to get ready for going to the gym Please reply. I wanna get some strength on me before starting this summer.
@@loadsofrandomstuff9328 Bro I am also introverted and awkward so going with a friend/s is really helpful.
Try asking someone who you think might be in a similar situation or someone you know already goes to the gym.

Noel always surprises me with how empathetic he comes across. You don't expect it from someone roughly the size of an adult grizzly bear.
This is so perfect timing for me. I started hit the gym a year ago. I still remember my first day and let me tell you, it was terrible. At first I was so overwhelmed by all the equipment that I didn't know how to use. Moreover all the people there were humongous and I thought that everyone thinks I am a punny little kid coming to the gym. After the first gym day I didn't go gym for around 1 month after that. But I mustered up my courage to go to the gym again after a breakup. Till then I have been hitting the gym at least twice a week and let me tell you, it feels fking to be able to chase your purpose instead of stupid ways of instant gratification where feel so sluggish and demotivated all the time. It might seem overwhelming at first but trust the process and push on. If you want a tip I would say go with your best friends that help to motivate you. I would also like to thank daddy noel for all the advice that he has given. As a ex depressed kid his advice was really the advice that shook some sense into me.
My bro😭❤️ honestly what a beautiful comment! I’m so damn proud of you for how far you’ve come!!! Keep up the insane work and like you said trust the process🙏🏼 wish you all the best my brother!!!
That is honestly so encouraging bro. I’ve never been to the gym my entire life and I’m mustering up the courage to do so. A few years ago, I was on the football team and feeling great until Covid hit. I let it hit me hard, effecting my mental health and eventually my physical health. I quit the football team and my physical health dropped even further. I got depressed and so unmotivated that I’ve dug a hole that I now have to climb out of. It’s people like you and Noel that keep me hopeful and I want to change my life! I’m setting some realistic goals and I can’t wait to see where I am in a year! I want you to know that you made my day and to keep up the good work!
If only I had friends 😢
I started 5 months ago and gained 25 pounds thanks to you Noel. Your knowledge and motivation kept me going

@@barackobama66999 O nah barack goin jim 💀
@@barackobama66999 Not for someone who just started out. Your rate of growth much more rapid at the beginning. It's a logistical curve, not a linear one.
When I started, I was 73kg. I lifted non-stop 2hrs/day x 6 days/week for 6 months and put on 15kg. I wasn't even taking whey, just 6 protein-rich meals per day. I was probably roughly around 12-14% bodyfat.
Once I got to about 93kg, each additional kg took a good month to accrue. It took another 6 or 7 months to reach 100kg.
My bro!!! That’s absolutely so incredible for me to hear! I’m proud of you for that!🙌🏼 keep going and keep pushing man🫶🏼
I've been going to gym for about 6 months now. I've never been this confident in my life before. Seeing my body slowly getting into the shape is the best thing ever. Thanks sir Noel
Thanks Noel, I used to workout with friends with a dream to get my perfect body. But after I wasn't able to workout with them I lost motivation and started letting myself go but I found that motivation again and I'm reinventing my self better that I was before and you helped in that, thank you Noel.
I have been going to the gym for a month now and I look at you as my idol to keep going. I know there are certain points when I don’t want to go anymore but people like you keep me motivated to keep going
My bro!!! I’m so grateful that I can be here to you and help inspire you in some way! I wish you all the best with your journey ahead 🫶🏼
Good luck my bro, don't rely on motivation, build up discipline, motivation is temporary. Its a lifestyle change. 💪
Going to the gym has been a great way to relieve the stress I go through with my job.
Mr. Denzel, thank you for being the way you are, in most ways, to me you are like the big brother i always wanted to have, you continue to insprire me and instill hope that i can improve myself. Wish you the best in all your endeavors.
Hi Noel, I first found you on a short you did responding to a man saying that "no one cares about your muscles". How you responded was respectful, yet putting on a valid point. It's a complete change of atmosphere (a positive change) when influencers who have the same physique as you do are down-to-earth and transparent. Thanks for inspiring me to hit the gym once again. Much love from Japan.
im 15 and have been working out everyday for a about 5 weeks now, i noticed being able to lift things that i could not before.
im still going strong. and noel is good at keeping me motivated!
When I first started going back to the gym I just went in for a quick workout almost everyday. Sometimes I’d only do I set and leave. I did this over a few months and now I’m consistently hitting the gym 5-6 days a week for a good 45 a day.
That's the consistency mindset, no better way of approaching the gym than with a long term plan.
Btw you did make me look
Noel I can’t thank you enough. I’ve been seeing you since the first couple videos with meal prep and other videos and it really motivated to watch what I eat and to hit the gym. So far I’ve been going to the gym with my close friend for a month now and you motivated me all the way through. Thank you Noel 🙏
I love that the tone of this video was so genuine. A lot of times people make it out to be something that’s simple to start doing but it really is overwhelming. Thank you!!
Thankyou Noel, you've been such a strong force of positivity for beginners and veterans alike and you make me proud to be a part of this community
Great video Noel! I’m a weight training “rookie” at age 63. I feel bad about no regular exercise for 30 years. Forget that- I feel good about working out NOW! Thanks! Tom
Hi Mr. Noel, I have been watching all your vids for a while now and I gotta say you’re a very motivating person. Thank you for all that you do.
Always look forward to your videos Noel. Struggling myself to get back in the gym, it’s been over ten years for me, so I’m essentially starting all over again.
Appreciate your time to make these videos, and sharing your knowledge.
I needed this man, I think I will go to the gym now after my exams and the holidays. Thank you for being such an inspiration Noel 🙏🙏
You’re an inspiration! Been going down a hole of depression that’s been draining my motivation to go to the gym 5 days a week. Every time I watch your videos, it gives me hope that I can get back on track. Keep doing what you’re doing! Peace and love, big man!
I don't know if you'll see this, but hey i just want to say i honor you, i always do. Youve helped me a lot even now. One of the reasons why i am here developing myself thanks dad noel!
Im grateful and honor you!
Hey noel, i started watching you about a year ago and due to that i bought some dumbells to work out at home with. I was always very heavy as a kid and even in my early teens and last year i was at my heaviest of 19.3 stone (im Scottish so no idea what that is in kg) but over the past year ive went down to 14 and went from struggling to lift 20 pound weights and now can do 50 pounds for 4 sets of 10. Youve really been a big help for me man and im finally starting the gym in the next few weeks with a buddy, im extremely grateful for your guidance noel thank you.
Today I didn't go to the Gym and I felt terrible, like I did myself wrong.
But thanks to you I have the motivation again to keep going and this time with your advice.
Thanks for being there man.
Thank you so much Daddy Noel, I'm loving this new journey of becoming the best version of myself
I wish i could be like you man. Your one of the nicest people ive ever seen, you always are positive and are so motivational. Ive been trying so hard to get into shape but always felt uncomfortable because i didnt have any goals and had no idea what the hell i was doing, thank you and keep inspiring people.
Thank you for all the motivation you give us Noel, the positivity you make us all feel is absolutely priceless, and thank you for being a father figure to people who don't have one, I bet you've changed the trajectory of so many people's lives, and will continue to do so, including mine, thank you.
This is such a great video - I remember my first day at the gym, it was awful. But 6 years later and I'm finally consistent with it - went semi-regularly in the interim, and took a long break to do a marathon, but I feel so much better now that I'm using it properly. My day doesn't really start until I've been to the gym (or cycled to work, if I need to get in early), it's the best addiction I've ever had and I love every minute of it. It hasn't always been easy, bulking on a vegan diet is not comfortable, but I wouldn't change anything about my journey so far.
Thank you Noel you have sparked my passion for the gym again with your simple and honest videos!
This guy is amazing and so positive. Bro don't stop posting because your changing peoples life just like you changed mine . All the best from Australia 🇦🇺
I've been trying to get my mom give her local gym a try and your videos really help me convey the right message to her. It's all about loving yourself and understanding that everyone (or most) at the gym are there for the same reasons you are, self improvement, and can fully relate to one another's journey, whatever stage it may be at.
Thanks sir, I thoroughly enjoy your content and learn a great deal from it.
Watching you motivated me to go to the gym again after the lockdowns. And put some effort in making a training scheme and not merely clown around on the leg press every workout.
U r really the literal definition of motivation embedded into a mortal body.
My mental health has deteriorated and its been hard for me to work out. Its been hard to even step out of the bed and thinking of going to the gym terrifies me (the thought of being around people makes my anxiety levels go extremely high). As someone that used to be active and do soccer & boxing and seeing myself and how my looks changed makes me feel worse. Your videos have been the sparkle I needed to start small changes. Thanks for making the world a better place. Love and good vibes to all 💫
Your videos have motivated me to start working out. Over the lockdown I struggled a lot with my mental health and neglected my body. Your videos were exactly what I needed to start taking care of myself and, even though it’s hard, I’m trying to keep going.
Thank you
I've been going to the gym for 2 weeks now after losing some weight thanks to bariatric surgery, and I'm still struggling with issues like body image and forcing myself to push forward even tho I don't feel like it, and let me tell you guys, once you're at the gym, nothing else matter and you end up having fun. Thank you daddy Noel for giving us the tools and fundamentals to improve ourselves 😎😎😎
i first saw your #shorts back in july... it motivated me to start going to the gym.. i already lost 20 kg and now feels heathier. I just wanna say thank you for motivating me to get up and go
Yo, don't comment often but i really wanted to say these videos are golden for someone like me who is new to the gym. Always good to have someone that understands the anxiety around a gym and acknowledges it.
My big learning, if you don't know how to do something then ask - most people are kind enough and understand the struggle of being new.
You're my biggest inspiration and probably the biggest reason why I keep going to the gym, thank you.
I have started and have achieved my goals ....in 2 months..! At first you will feel some insecurities about your body shape but you have to be focused and hopeful to wards your goal...

I wanted to add, I started enjoying workouts more when I started taking them seriously. Don’t be afraid of failing goals or not making progress. I love weightlifting because it’s about becoming better than you were yesterday, rep by rep. Do your research to find workouts that are fun for you and how best to do them. And make sure you eat and rest well!
love u noel, its my 3rd week of going to the gym 6/7 days. You have been a big inspiration to me.
Noel, your ability to motivate people is unparalleled. So many paychecks have gone by, where I told myself “I’ll get the membership this time”, and it just never happened. Finally, thanks to you, I got paid, and said “today is the day”. I got my membership, and had my first day in the gym today. It was so invigorating. Learning what I’m capable of, and seeing all the inspiration around me. Telling myself “that, is what I can become”. Thank you Noel. Truly
You know what I’ve been thinking of starting going to the gym but been hesitant. But after seeing this video I feel much more comfortable ur the best
This morning I didnt want to go. Noel makes me want to go even if I dont want to. Sometimes we all need a bit of a push, even from videos on the internet
Noel your a legend to the beginners out there . Been training for 10 years and I always have guys around there early 20s asking what I eat and do and I love helping people out ! Keep up the great work respect from 🇬🇧
Hell yeah! You speak truth Noel. Training is slow and amazing process and it truly changes your life. Making it routine is totally game-changer. It's nearly forcing you out to do your training at bad days. Gym isn't simply training or dieting. Your advices are great for beginners.
Hey Noel. Just watched this video. I researched a gym and just went to it and did a "PUSH" day, five different exercises I found on another video. Thank you for the inspiration and kind words.
Great job man!
Let's go man! Keep at it, there will be difficult days where you won't feel like working out, I look at these as little opportunities to prove myself. Also remember if you fail one time just keep getting after it never stop. I wish you all the best in this great journey 💪🏻
Thank you Noel, you’re a great role model for us all.
You're a inspiration daddy noel. Been in the gym for half my life, wish I was able to see something like this when I was starting. You're helping allot of people . The first days stepping into the gym are intimidating cause everyone's so big and look great and you can barely bench 10 lb. But no one really cares, the most you get it is " how many sets you got left"? . After the first couple days the worst is over. Keep up the great work Noel.. proud of you too.
Starting the gym next month thanks to your videos.
I realized that even though I've already got a decent deal of power, I'm wasting myself. With effort I can become the best version of myself.
Thanks for everything.
I did go to the gym actively before, but depression took the better of me and I stopped. My new years resolution for 2023 was to start doing it again, because it was genuinely something I enjoyed.
I do feel often like not going, mainly the days when I am going from school to gym, and not from home to gym. Usually on these days I like to watch your videos to get that extra bit of motivation and yesterday was the first day I didn't need the extra boost. I just went for it, because I wanted to and knew I was going to enjoy it. Same happened today.
Thank you Noel, for putting me on the right tracks.
You still going
I just gained 14kgs in the last few months due to exams, I will be starting soon. Hopefully we can get the consistency going. Either way the advice really helped, you truly are an inspiration.
Hey I know I'm just a random internet person, but you freaking got this!! I was 193 lbs. I started crossfit at a place my friends worked out at. I dropped 28 pounds in pretty short time, or I guess around 14 kg too. You got this!
Two weeks in, how’s it going?
How is it going?
8 months in, how is it going?
I started back the gym 3 weeks ago struggling to get there with work it’s to easy to make an excuse not to go, still keeping to my routine it’s a struggle I go on my own trying to lose weight and tone up, this fellas helped me along the way without even knowing it,
Thanks big man.
I just want to say that you have helped me a lot. I have been working nearly 12 hour shifts and have found no time for the gym for the past 8 months. But last month I said fuck it and I started to go after work for over an hour; the first few days were terrible, my whole body was felt like a truck hit me and ran me over, I changed my diet from junk food to home made low fat food and 8 hours of fasting. I still work 12 hours a day but my energy level has skyrocket, I have been able to be more intimate with my partner, I am working out nearly 4-5 times a week. I have started to feel better in health and have reconnect with my mother whom I haven’t called in months due to my work and depression. My girl tried everything to make me feel better but it was momentarily, cause I have cut off fast food I have seen my money skyrocket I never realized how much money I was expending. Thank you so much.
I signed up for weight training (high school) because I can't afford a gym membership and I was really afraid that since I'm not strong yet, that I'd be made fun of. When we got to doing a real workout, a core, lower body and upper body circuit I was teamed with the NICEST guy in the class. So understanding, helpful, and he taught us proper form. He even defended us when someone else commented about the light weight. To others that are afraid about people making fun of them in the gym: people are wayy nicer than you'd expect.
This guy is legit wholesome while being a weapon... A truly good and honest influencer... It's appreciated man 🖖
Peace and gains 🤘
Literally saw one of your ads in front of this video lol. CZcams randomly started showing me bodybuilding shorts, it's not something I've ever been interested so I'd skip most of them. But yours actually made me chuckle and you seem to really care about your viewers.
I'm currently in the worst shape of my life physically and been pretty bad mentally too. Honestly hadn't even been thinking about working out but watching your videos has me contemplating a gym membership.
Been going to the gym for a little over a year now after a break up. I was at my absolute worst physically and mentally.
Got therapy, started lifting, and I’ve gone from 255 to 193.5. I’m finally starting to see some changes in my physique and for the first time in my life I can say I’m proud of myself.
I was fortunate enough to come across your videos about midway through the year and they were a blessing. Your positivity and father-like encouragement helped me immensely. I didn’t have a father figure myself, and it was very meaningful to me.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you Noel. Your wisdom and kindness has been invaluable.
Thank you for all that you do to help us out. I am obese, 45 years old, and this is my first day back in the gym since I was in my 20s. I will be looking back on this comment in 6 months to check my progress. I’m currently 5’7” 288lbs. My 6 month goal is to be 220lbs by May 22nd 2024. I have no idea what I’m doing 😂 Wish me luck! 🍀
Noel truly is the best everything i needed amd wanted to hear is here. Ive been watching and subscribing for a long time and now is my time to go the the gym with my friends for the very first time. im going to ready up for tomorrow
Beginning is important, but like Noel confirmed, consistency is key. Time in the game is the most important part of training. Even if you do not feel motivated, just pitching up and doing some training is better than nothing. The most successful people also fail, but getting back on the program as quickly possible is the difference between failing and success! Thx Noel, I smaak your videos! 💪💪💪💪

It's crazy, the day that this video was posted was the exact day that I bought a gym pass and started going. I haven't missed a weekday since. I've found that even the most intimidating people at the gym tend to be incredibly helpful and encouraging. Take Neal for example, he would scare you at the gym but watching his videos helps you realize he's here to help. If you're considering going to the gym, please do! It's only been a month but with the consistency and with the diet tips from noel I'm already stronger than I ever have been in my life. My life has completely changed and I feel so much better! Just think were I'll be in 3 months or 6, and think of where you could be!
Noel i really appreciate the advice! you seem like a really genuine guy
Me who already being going to the gym but watching it cause it’s daddy noel
You're the reason I've gotten back into lifting. After covid i gained 100lbs from binge eating and drinking alcohol. My lack of motivation to get back in was high but i realized that after 2 years of being out of shape my body couldn't perform what it used to, it was depressing and my anxiety came back cause i was no longer the fit guy i was the fat guy. Your videos pushed me hard in the gym and after half a year i broke lifting records i thought i could never reach. My physique went from soggy to slightly more solid in certian areas. I've been prepping my meals, getting 7 hours of sleep, taking proper supplements to help assist in my goals, and most of all i looked for a reason to strive harder ( I wanted girls to look at me like im attractive again) it has slightly worked and I'm seeing improvements in my daily life. What i want to say is thank you so much for your help man you gave me a reason to come back to the iron paradise 💙
THANK YOU NOEL! I did the biggest step of my life - going to a gym earlier! What a fun first day! Hoping to see results.
This is the best gym advice , I’m glad I clicked on this . Because I was lost and confused on how to keep a gym routine and schedule . And this has helped me in terms of what to do . Seriously thank you !

Noel you got me in the gym and help me stay in it much love man keep helping people like me.❤
You have such a positive attitude, and I hope it’s contagious. Thanks.
Thanks man that's motivated me to stay consistent
I don't know why, but there is a mystery positive aura radiates from this dude when he talks. Very genuine and honest and seems to really care about his audience!!! Thanks for the videos!!!!
Thank you Noel! Your positive energy and knowledge are invaluable! I have a gym consultation tomorrow and am excited to start the journey 🙏
bro thank you for your advice today was my first day at the gym and i really felt like your words were the thing that kept me going
your shorts honestly inspired me to get off my ass and get over my fear of going to the gym. thank you for your friendly and motivating words.
I've always been clueless about the gym but you've helped a lot and now I finally have motivation to start going, thank you noel
Plz noel make sure to bring up such informational videos like this you are the true reason i got motivated for the gym ❤
Thank you for the motivation this morning. I felt like I didn’t wanna do anything, but just listening to your words. Got me moving again.
"It's a time for you to focus on yourself" is the best part for me. Thank you.
Noel. Huge respect. Love your vids huge motivator. I'm going through alot my wife and I have been separated 2 months we're working on it though. I've also been working 2 jobs a mechanic and a dishwasher. I love going to the gym and I hope I can look like you someday. The motivation keeps me going
OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH. Before this video I’d been looking to get started at working out. I’ve been watching some videos and I didn’t know what reps or sets were. When I clicked on your video everything changed. Thank you so much
Thank you Noel for being there. I have been hitting the gym as a hobby a year and a half earlier, just for fun and gains. Now that things have gotten a little harder, it really helps me clear my mind and use my energy. I am now on a cut, I lost 25 pounds over summer and it's the gym that keeps my discipline going. Thanks a lot!
P.S: Hey, I would love if you did a serie or a vid of simple exercices (e.g: Bench press, deadlift, squat, dumbbell curls, etc.) with the most efficient tips and techniques. It would be great for begginers and advanced people like me to help them perfect their lifts!
I needed this. I got so motivated because my local school was getting all new gym equipment and selling the old stuff and I bought a power rack, bar, ez curl bar, with weights and a bench all for $400 ! I couldn’t believe it but I still lack the motivation to get out there. After seeing this video I’m adding it to my play list to regain my motivation and get to work ! Thanks Noel !
Restarting my gym journey after many years and your videos are going to be very helpful. Thank you sir!
he is so real and honest, much respect
Noel I just want to thank you for getting me motivated to go to the gym for the first time. Im 13 years old and since going my confidence has shot up so much.
love your compassionate and honest approach... so applicable to so many... Great advice dude
Hi noel..I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for this video...I enjoy ur tips and the funny videos you do with your mom..I even shared ur tips with my frnds and we all are trying to improve our lives with ur words as our motivation...I cannot express how much I owe u for changing my life
I really needed this video! You are so positive and nice. I am at the stage of hesitance of going to an actual gym at my campus, and this hesitance has been going on for months. Tomorrow I will push myself and actually go there. I am not the skinniest, so I feel slightly self-conscious of struggling in front of other people. Thanks a lot
