How to cover dark pigmented lips, with light coloured lipstick

Use a light colored concealer or foundation lightly on the lips. Blend or tap away any excess and then lightly pat on some loose powder. Blot afterwards with your finger to remove any excess powder and to create a smooth surface. This will neutralize the natural darkness of your lips. Then, apply your lipstick. By doing this, you will be able to wear the light lipstick the way it is suppose to look like and it will last a long time.

The method in the video can be used for eyelids too! If you have oily eyelids, use a creamy long wear eyeshadow in a peach/orange shade to color correct. There are also tinted eyeshadow primers like Rare beauty and Urban decay

Please do one for skon of colour that has sun spots/pigmented skin (grey-brown pigment on my cheeks & all foundation turns ash over those areas. A peach corrector doesn't really mask it either. HELP!!!
