I have some very deep wrinkles under my eyes, and i think the NYX looks marginally better over them than the ND Hy Glam. That said, Hyglam is simply a bit cakier, so I could just use less to get a better look. I compared them using the same amount.

The Neutrogena concealer is my Holy Grail ! It’s perfect for my dry and often dehydrated almost 46 y.o. under eyes! Natasha Denona is my 3rd favorite and my number 2 is Kosas concealer. The rosemary in Kosas took me awhile to get used to.
Did you try the Milani Conceal + Perfect Undereye Brightener or the Milani Supercharged Brightening Undereye Tint? Both are $10.99! I've heard great things about the first one and both contain Hylauronic acid, caffeine and niacinamide but the 2nd also has plant based collagen! I haven't personally tried either so I'd be really curious to hear your thoughts!
Can u please please try the rare beauty concealer and the maybe line fit me concealer (apparently its the dupe for nars) you’re the only person I trust i would deeply appreciate it

The neutrogena one is actually my favorite! I found it a year ago and it's all I use now.

I have tried the brightener! I wouldn’t classify it as a concealer but it’s really good for no makeup days!
