Neigong, as a term, often refers to methods of Taoist Breath Training, Meditation, and Movement Training which will first focus to transform the Bone, Fascia and Tendon Networks of the practitioner. In the first stages of Neigong Training, the exercises are often very simple, repetitive movements, with a focus to Unify the Movement and the Breath together, in a state of Harmony. At a Higher Stage, Neigong Training includes methods of specific Meditation Practice dealing with Concentration and also Dissolving into an Empty or No-Mind State.
We especially find Neigong Practice in modern times within the Taoist Internal Martial Arts - such as Hsing Yi, PaKua, and Tai Chi. The word - Nei - means the Inside, Inner or the Internal - Gong - means an organised system of practice, an art, a physical training method, or a method of self cultivation. Nei Gong can be translated to mean - the Art or Way of Inner Development. Here we understand the use of the term 'Inner' refers to the Inner Body of Energetic Centers, Meridian Channels, and the 'Qi' or Energetic Life Force itself. In this video we begin exploring the four principles powers or Inner Strength we find in the Taoist Martial Arts. These Four Powers are termed as: Rising / Spiralling / Overturning / Descending. These Four Powers are a very important foundation for proper body movement, physical alignment, and will also begin to circulate the energy flow along specific pathways of power. We are republishing this film in its complete version, as the other upload was cut off in the middle of the lecture. When it comes to your practices of inner alchemy on your channel, I'm confused on which ones I should be doing everyday or should I be doing them all in one day everyday, please tell how I should practice these everyday thanks🙏

Thank you for your question. It is not easy to try and learn from a video. Best is to learn in person or in a real time lesson. My advise is to take one practice you like and feel attracted to from our CZcams videos - and perform that sequence daily for a minimum of 100 days or longer - do the same practice everyday.... This repetition of a single practice sequence is the first steps to understanding your body and the process of developing Internal Strength.... There are many details on breath training and use of the mind that can only be taught in person - so when learning from a video, realise there can be some limitations in learning and development..... Wish you all the very best in your practice....
