Thank you for clarifying the location of the dan tian. It has often been described as " 2, (sometimes 3!?) fingers below the navel in the 'middle/ center' of your body" or " the middle point between the Ren 6 and the ming man " . Your oscillating horizontal line exercise is very helpful.

Standing practice, making energy waves inside the body revolving it around the center of gravity, tied to the lower cavity. Allow the energy to move naturally in and out, expand or implode. Anchor the mind and body in stillness (state of letting go/release) and let the inside move. Perhaps you can call it developing and storing kinetic energy in the lower abdomen.
The body will change over time and deepen automatically when you keep feeling what new things you can feel with every practice.

Thank you very much, Damo! I have spent many years playing with qi without realising what the true cause of my beer tummy is. Turns out it's a fake dan tien rather than beer 😀... internal cause rather than external. Certainly am going to spend as much time as required to identify the right one and get comfortable with it. Cheers!

Unfortunately, I am one of those who’s wasted years of practice, getting glimpses of the dantian now and then, but nothing too solid, consistent and developing as I would like to, specially after putting so much effort into it. So I thank you for that 🙏

This video is helpful for someone who is not familiar with this at all, but has dedicated some time to read the basics, before watching the whole video. Otherwise he will not understand it from the first time from your explanation,as he would from the first time if he reads about these things first. This is a slight con, but yea. If someone wants to learn something truly, he will first read about it, because if requires more focus and assimilation rather than with just listening about something completely unfamiliar..
In short: You, Sir, have learned the things great, but you are explaining them in a way as if the other person knows what you are talking about. For me, it's ok, i've dedicated time to familiarize myself with this before, but for someone completely unfamiliar it's not a good choice of explanation.
    Respect and gratitude!

The easiest way I've found to locate the lower dantien is by "sweeping chi" from the feet upward towards the pelvic region. This should be done in sync with breathing. What I have found most effective is to pretend as if I was breathing through a small hole in the lower dantien area, while collapsing the felt sense of the body on the same general area during exhalation. It takes a few hours of training to learn how to this (by practicing pinpointing and stimulating joints in feet and leg), but once mastered, it's possible to center the mind on the LDT under a minute. When activated it will be felt as a gulping, pulsating point exactly where Damo has described.
According to my own experience and research, the LDT is the projection of the pineal gland on the internal body image. It is the easiest energy center to localise due to its closure to the sensory cortex. It is the most viable entry point into the central channel - the upside down projection of the central neuraxis.
The entire body image is essentially an inverted pojection of the brain with the limbs representing the cortex, the perineum representing the frontal lobes, the kidney area being the projection of the temporal lobes. The area in the center of the lower abdomen is the projection of the pineal gland itself, while the centers around the diaphragm (related to clairvoyance and dreaming) are the projections of subcortical nuclei. The head area stands for the brainstem, while the area above the head represents the peripheral nervous system and the entrance into the expanse of the transpersonal consciousness.

I try to cultivate qi into my dantians daily. I just wanted to ask, if there is a feeling of warmth and heat that stays over a day, is it defenetely the true dantian or can it still be the false one? When I practice inner strength or when I need the qi somewhere in my body(digestion, back pain, ...) I not only feel the qi on the point I want it to have but also in my abdomen. Is this the true dantian?

John Chang works with the 2nd one (accumulation)? • @orientalmagitheartofninku7888

You have helped a great deal. I will focus on the real point because I didn't realize my mind was fooling me forward.
😂 Now I can see it and I realize now why my Ki is second hand and doesn't want to build.
I thought it was because I need nei gong.
Now i see that many do this and it is important to put the mind on the actual point.
I will work on this and see if my Ki builds and is kept longer?
I just started nei gong and I should have been doing nei gong long ago but I didn't realize it's importance.
I noticed I can handle the heat of the temperature in AZ much better when my vital energy is up.
30 min is good but I must fight past the boredom of five minutes.
Something so simple and it is so hard?
God is the First Man and He Stood still next to the Ox before He blew life into Himself and became the First believer in God and the First Son of God.
This goes all the way back to God creating His Own Body.
I feel the connection to the battery of nei gong in this way knowing that God Stood still like a Statue on the left hand side of the Ox on the Shoreline of the River Styx where Adamas was created then Adam by Yaldabouth in Gods Anger against those who broke the covenant of Moses.
So the fact that we are god or goddess born from the body of God is important to know in finding the exact reason why this works.
And knowing that God Stood as a clay statue in middle earth before He blew the breath of life into Himself is important to know too.
I will give you some Scripture from the Magi about it.
    12. Fifthly He created the sole-created Gav in Eranvej, in the middle of the earth, on the shore of the river Veh-Daitya. that is, the middle of the earth; she was white and shining like the Moon, and her height was three reeds of average length; He produced the Water and the Tree, for her help; for she had strength and growth, from these, in the mingled state.
    13. Sixthly, He created Gayomard shining as the Sun; his height was four reeds of average length; his width was symmetrical as the height; he was on the shore of the river Daitya, that is, the middle of the earth; Gayomard was on the left side the Gav on the right side; their distance from each other, their distance, too, from the water Daitya, was as [27] much as their own height; he was possessed of eyes, ears, tongue and mark; Gayomard's possession of the mark was this that mankind were born of his seed, in his semblance; He produced, for his help, repose giving Sleep; for Ohrmazd created forth the Sleep, in the astral form of a tall man, fifteen years of age and radiant; He created Gayomard, with the 'Gav’ out of the Earth; He created forth the sperms of men and animals, out of the Light and verdure of the Sky; as these two sperms are of the principle of Fire, not of the principle of Water; He produced them in the material body of the ‘Gav’ and Gayomard, so that the complete propagation of men and animals arose there from.
    Greater Bundahishn chapter 1a:12-13.
Because we are created in the Image of God we can build energy like God by standing still.
Because you have given me good information I wanted to also give you good information. 😊
Now I see when I build the bottom peripheral area then I can feel exactly where the Dan Tian is located right above it.
This is excellent you have helped me a lot!!!! 😊
I now see that my Dan Tien is strong even though I have been placing it in the false spot it still has grown strong.
All it takes is for me to feel the line of my waist area then I can feel the actual lower Dan Tian in it's exact place.
When I use my third eye I can see it!
    This is excellent!!!!
    This is excellent 👌!!!!
