I love the TGU. Sometimes I like to start standing, with a clean and press, then do the TGU in reverse order, to place it back down and start again with a CP. Great stuff!

Nice video, I’m at my week 6 from KBOMG 3 program and I had a lots of TGU yesterday. I used to hate those but they are growing up on me lately. I really feel stronger. So this program is a good candidate for my next one in less than 3 weeks. By the way the TGU ADD complex @24k was though.
