Omg girl yes! I moved away and my grandma didn’t know how to tell me the brand she uses. This is the brand I was looking for!! Going to go buy some now for home made pho 😭❤️✨
Please don’t buy the Sincere Orient brand. They mistreat their employees and trust me you’re not going to want to eat anything that comes out of that warehouse.
I'm a true southern cook butttt I fell in love with pho and make mine entirely from scratch, especially during cold and flu season. Found a little Korean store and decided to grab some ingredients our Walmart doesn't carry. The 2 sweet little ladies working there shrewdly watched me as I picked out ingredients and carried them to the counter. One raised an eyebrow and simply said "pho?" I laughed and said it was the best cure on earth for the flu and they both heartily agreed and we shared our favorite toppings. Pho is phenomenal.
I love Pho, it's my all time favorite soup I have ever eaten❤️ When I live in Chicago, I had to have Pho at least 2x a week. This soup can and always bring my spirits up🥰🇵🇭
I love how there is no bleep given when she trys/ is eating nice big mouth full for a bit of everything at the same time 🥰😍 all the flavours at once is a must with all her foods I need her in my life like take my money be my cook!! 🤣💜😍
I missed the deadpan “if you don’t like mushrooms grow up”😢😂 looks amazing!! I definitely need to visit my local Asian grocers soon or just go to a pho restaurant 😂❤
1 of my Besties' Mom (R.I.P.) used to make me Pho when I was pregnant . I've been on a quest to find Pho as delicious as hers for 30 yrs! I've come close, but never equally as good. I may have to make my own? Thanks for showing the 🍜 noodles & explaining how to cook the noodles.
As much as I am obsessed with Asian/foreign cuisine, I have actually never had phô! It looks so delicious and I know I would love it! I have the quaintest Asian market right by my house (it’s my absolute favorite place to shop for groceries, if I could go there every day, I would lol) and they have everything you need for it- and Sooooooooo many ramen options!! (I know it takes HOURS to make the broth and most white people can never get it right, but I’d really like to try anyway!) Yours looks incredible! 🤤
Ive always done the, soak the dry noodles for a couple hours, then when ready to eat, you put the presoaked noodles in a bowl and let the super hot broth finish cooking it.
Now I’m craving Pho! I bought all the stuff for it so I guess it’s time. 😊 It’s so good for you too! I had a dr at the urgent care tell me to have the family eat lots of it when we had the flu one year because the star anise helps make up the active ingredient in Tamiflu. You got it, doc! 🤤
Better description of the steps. You are on the right path but keep your personality. You are beautifully unique!!! Don’t worry about the few naysayer ; there’s more of us that dig you. Keep this style going with more understanding of why and how. Loving your growth
I have this at least once a week. I wish I knew how to make that broth. It’s so much better from the restaurant I love. But pho is one of my favorite soups ever!!
I like to use a metal strainer (one with handle) for cooking my noodles. Submerge the strainer in boiling water. Swish noodles a little with chopsticks. Then you can easily plop noodles in your bowl. For those not good with chopsticks, you'll lose less noodles this way when cooking it.
Yesterday I had this(not the same ingredients tho) and the bean sprouts I was trying for the first time and they were so good! Edit:as ingredients I mean toppings
“I’m gonna add some mushrooms…” *looks up at camera like you know it* 🤣
for some reason, i thought it was the classic nonchalant mum look. "i'm gonna add this and you'll eat it" 😂
And we infact did
@@louise9489 oooo i like this interpretation of THE LOOK 🤣
@dilfhound69 She loves mushrooms? 🍄
Can you show how to make the broth?
The broth is EVERYTHING! I would love to see how you make the broth..
SAMEE 😭😭
She posted the tutorial in a previous short!
There are a few recipes on her channel and yt in general, using a normal pot it should take 5-12 hours
She posted it a few shorts ago. It’s called “vegan pho broth”
@@YayForHappiness What exactly do you mean by a "normal pot"?
Omg girl yes! I moved away and my grandma didn’t know how to tell me the brand she uses. This is the brand I was looking for!! Going to go buy some now for home made pho 😭❤️✨
Yay! Happy for you love! Enjoy
