I know that some people will likely take issue with the fact that price differences between each dish aren’t necessarily ‘drastic’ anymore, but I actually like this new concept more. The fact that all of these dishes are affordable helps expose an entirely new audience to types of dishes and cuisines that they previously may not have tried, as opposed to a super expensive dish simply having gold or caviar on it without adding to its actual appeal

The first restaurant reminds me how my Grandma would make the biscuits and gravy as well as the GIANT pancake with the crispy edges. She would also let us have a little bit of coffee to taste. I wonder if she still remembers this❤.

The casual premise is "we compare 3 dishes at different price point but share main ingredient" but the debt in this show is that they highlight all these different resturants from all over and not just one dish but what other things they do and drinks and atmosphere. It really is a restaurant showcase show with awesome hosts that never criticize but always find something really nice to say about the place/food/people they visit. This really is a wholesome show!
