I've got one of these that that shoot idea is something I might try and make. The bushing deal I looked at it and thought that's going to need greased every couple loads especially if you have a pretty wet mix.

Definitely an oversight on Danusers part with the chute design! Heck even if you didn’t grease that auger bushing it shouldn’t have failed in 2 hours of use. Surely it would’ve been greased at the factory. At any rate atleast they replaced it.

Yeah if they could change that design it would make it a lot better. It was greased from the factory I checked before using it. I dont know what happen to it. We mixed up two buckets of concrete an the third the auger started making a pop sound. I checked and seen that the bushing was out but yeah it got repaired under warranty.
