1. Maharaja of Kashmir was close to Jinnah and they both signed an agreement on 12th of August 1947 that is even before Pakistan gets created Kashmir become part of it just like they were before with British but in my opinion it is invalid because it's signed before Pakistan creation but still lets consider it valid
2. history also says India actually didn't tried to get Kashmir into India
3. Kabalis of Pakistan attacked Kashmir on 21st October 1947 and Maharaja didn't get any help from Jinnah/Pakistan
4. Maharaja then requested India to help but PM Nehru can't interfere until Kashmir become Part of India so Maharaja signed paper there and Kashmir become part of India and Indian Army thrown away all those Kabalis and protected Kashmir there then Pakistani army also came into Kashmir and occupied some part which we call POK today, UN gets involved in matter and ordered all Pakistani Army to go away from Kashmir but Pakistan didn't followed and since then we have this Kashmir issues.
If you are educated enough then it's very easy to understand that Officially Kashmir become part of India that time which is not by force but as per of request of Maharaja of Kashmir so Pakistan have no rights to claim anything.

No strong country gives up the land they won. Pakistan will never let referendum in Balochistan China will never let referendum happen in Tibet or cok. @@basharathussian6222 bro no state is same in India. Even I am from Rajasthan and we are very different from our neighbours Punjab and Gujarat. That should clear your one point about India. Another thing is other regions of Jammu and Kashmir don't share the same pov as Kashmiris. Dogra dominated regions of Jammu, gilgit baltistan, ladakh, kargil etc. They form around 80% of entire j and k by landmass. Now the most important part Kashmir can never exist independent and there are many reasons for that. One main reason is the rivers that flows from valley it is the life line of Pakistan and gives natural advantage to India over Pakistan and it is the exact same reason why Pakistan is so hell bent on Kashmir. I know sentiment of people of valley and how religion is the basis of it. No strong nation will never let referendum happen in their territory for which they sacrificed so much soldiers. China will never let referendum happen in Tibet, Pakistan will never let it happen in Balochistan and in the same way India will never let it happen in valley. I want people of valley to progress and develop. Another thing is if Kashmiris are so hell bent on independence then they should reject every Indian thing from tourists to live saving medicines which Pakistan is begging. Don't ask freedom with such a half assed resolve. Everyone suffered in j and k and govt is making efforts on their part so reciprocate it and do some good to your people.

A policeman was killed on islamic festival night in Indian Kashmir and his sirname was PANDIT .
After enquiry it was known that his full name was Mohammad Ayub Pandit.
Real Story -
This is murder and mutilation of an on-duty undercover Indian Police officer in J&K Muhammad Ayub Pandith, on the Muslim holy night of Laylat al-Qadr on Thursday 22 June 2017 by a mob in Nowhatta after a crowd shouted slogans in favor of Pakistan as well as al-Qaida jihadist Zakir Musa.
Since last 2 years many hindus are kileld in series of attacks by islamic groups .
These are not all terrorist groups but islamic organisations which are brainwashed.

A policeman was killed on islamic festival night in Indian Kashmir and his sirname was PANDIT .
After enquiry it was known that his full name was Mohammad Ayub Pandit.
Real Story -
This is murder and mutilation of an on-duty undercover Indian Police officer in J&K Muhammad Ayub Pandith, on the Muslim holy night of Laylat al-Qadr on Thursday 22 June 2017 by a mob in Nowhatta after a crowd shouted slogans in favor of Pakistan as well as al-Qaida jihadist Zakir Musa.
Since last 2 years many hindus are kileld in series of attacks by islamic groups .
These are not all terrorist groups but islamic organisations which are brainwashed.

The same legislative body that made it has now removed it. What did you achieve when it was in place and what ability did you loose now that it has been removed? Every Central Government since 1947 has treated Kashmir above par compared to all other states and now for the first time, you are being treated on the same scale as the other states. I love watching Kashmiri intellect... What he said was all true, and we did study in History - Indian History in 7 or 8 standard... But ya this part of history is not taught in Pakistan... Thanks SHOAB bhai for bringing out authentic and unbiased history of kashmir dispute from educated kashmiri persons . Pakistan violated it's own agreement(stand still agreement ) signed between Jinna and Maharaja Hari singh and attacked Jammu &kashmir with the help of tribals who massacred and looted hindus and Sikhs on their way to short of srinagar . Indian army came in only on the distress call of Maharaja Hari singh that too only after he agreed to sign accessions with India and pushed back the invaders across what is now the LOC . Going by this narration rather the Indian portion of kashmir deserves to be called Azad kashmir .
