Humm not sure its fully dried yet, id wait another 10 years... jokes aside i have wood thats been in a carpentry workshop (indoors) for more than 50 years (salvaged them when my grandma moved) and i'm slowly finding uses for them
I love the grain in black walnut I like making bowls out of it I live on the edge of the forest and we own plenty of wood land so I am always looking for black walnut burls they are beautiful to work with
I just started woodworking. I had a eastern red cedar tree break off in a storm a few years back. I finally started cutting it and shaping it. I have the same power tools and always wondered what was the best way to use a router!!! Seeing this video gave me inspiration. You can tell you are very skilled because it’s not as easy as it looks at all !!
Could you do a purple dragon heart wood, or maybe just make an accent with the purple wood. I once made a stool with honey oak, dark walnut and the purple wood, its really pretty ❤
I love the figure on that board! I've got some fun pieces I've cut on the mill of cottonwood with some crazy "quilting" that reminds me of that! Looks good man!
Beautifully done, although, why did you cut the hole with a router? Could have just done that with a jigsaw too I would say. Just interested to know that’s all
I'm just starting out and wanted to ask a question. At the beginning you started making your handle. What router bit did you use with your plunge router?
That's beautiful! I'm so glad that you can sell these for $300. For me, as a maker, I'd love to put that money into woodworking tools & a beautiful piece of wood, to try making my own. Thanks for the awesome inspiration. 😊
Ridiculous how mesmerizing it is watching you work. Sorry, but what is the tool that you use (Milwaukee when you say "I usually take several hours" lmao) the large, circular sanding bit????
Nothing says you have to wait until your perfect before you start working on some simple projects, so my advice is to watch some videos and decide what you're wanting to do as your side hustle and then watch some that tells you the things that they might have wished they had done differently and then give it a shot!!! Best of luck to you ❤❤❤❤

BEAUTIFUL!
I love your work! When you first started out where did you find your wood?
I have a couple local saw mills within 30 minutes from where I live. Just google “hardwood stores” or “sawmill” in your city name
That's a beautiful board but the handle is the thing I don't like a whole lot. Just my opinion because that walnut board is beautiful.
What kind of finish do you use to get that amazing shine?
That looks Sharp.

Dear God you are truly awesome artist I could never afford your work but go man go
I'm just starting out and wanted to ask a question. At the beginning you started making your handle. What router bit did you use with your plunge router?
Use a router round. The edges and then sand will go alot quicker
How comfortable is the handle
I need one
What is the rotary tool you use for sanding? Do you have an affiliate link or something? Thanks
That's beautiful! I'm so glad that you can sell these for $300. For me, as a maker, I'd love to put that money into woodworking tools & a beautiful piece of wood, to try making my own. Thanks for the awesome inspiration. 😊

What attachment do you use on your drill to clean up the sides after removing the bark?
It's called a wire cup brush.
Ridiculous how mesmerizing it is watching you work. Sorry, but what is the tool that you use (Milwaukee when you say "I usually take several hours" lmao) the large, circular sanding bit????
