They're wrong about Skippy, Skippy asks which mode you want to use and switches after 50 enemies downed

I remember Skippy giving you the option after the 50 kills, to switch or to stay the same, never understood why people said the gun automatically switches
@@kikiphallinThe same reason people still say the skin color in South Park TFBT is a difficulty slider even though it flat out says it doesn't actually change the difficulty just how much items cost and how much you get for selling them.
People didn't actually play the game just repeating talking points
As a first time player someone being able to not kill everyone I run across with this gun is nice :)
forcing him in to puppy loving pacifist has its uses. Huntin the cyber-psychos. besides there are other smart pistols that are better than skippy. especially after Phantom Liberty

My biggest complaint against Skyrim was the inability to improve the enchantments on an items as you would an armor with smithing
6:54 the way you explained Skippy I can tell you never played the game. It's not what you do with the gum that makes the choice in the end, it's the choice you make initially that gets reversed.
I don't understand I heard of this and so I chose puppy loving pacifist first but when I killed 50 people with it it still stayed the same, can someone tell me what I did wrong.
@@luisotero7096 You have to choose puppy loving pacifist, take out 50 people, and then choose the correct dialog option when he speaks to you. I don't remember which one it was though.
Your Skippy fact straight up feels AI generated on how false it is.
Skippy asks what target you'd like to hit, glitches 50 kills in, then inverts your choice. There's no tally.

Not sure about the 50 kills..cuz i use skippy as my main gun because of the headshots..meh i guess i got lucky..can’t explain it.

You all forgot the most powerful item you can accidently ruin the MASTER BALL I know at one of you wasted your master ball on a common pokemon like a Magikarp or something.
I wasted mine on Yvetal once. Had to restart to use it on Mewtwo. Y was my first Pokémon game.
What about Star Ocean 3 Synthesis?
Give the player full control over what they can augment on their weapons... only to realise they added useless things or now their weapon gives their hardest bosses health instead of damaging them.
The ability to add customisation to your weapons without necessarily knowing what it will do (unless you have done it before or using a strategy guide) means you could add a permanent +5 to damage instead of a +200... you can literally ruin the best weapons in the game instantly with a permanent Synthesis.
Sassy weapons are the best. I mean look at Mr. Zukon and his family. So take that back, Psy.
Ps: we need a video on sassy or annoying weapons. I am looking at you, Steve from dark cloud series.

You can still beat the wizard and keep the shop open in BG3. Just takes some extra effort.
With the frying pan from Fable, I had clues 1,2, 4, 5 and 6, I worked it out dug up the pan without the third clue and it was worthless. I thought it was a troll by the devs, but friends of mine insisted it was the best thing since sliced bread. lol

I disagree on the first one. The quest was literally ultra-time consuming for that item and you cannot blame people who were doing the quest again for another character to want to 'skip' a very time consuming quest.
I wouldn't blame players for wanting to skip something they've already played in a previous playthrough or reload.
The skippy one may be off…for me he straight head shots people..didn’t even know about the target..i jus followed dialog and made him headshot..weird..oh well atleast i have been getting straight headshots..sweet
Too bad for you that it'll switch to limb shots 50 enemies in then. The explanation in the video is wrong. When you get the weapon initially it asks if you want the lethal or non-lethal mode to be switched on and if you choose lethal and get 50 kills then it develops a conscience and permanently switches to non-lethal mode. If you choose the opposite then it never develops a conscience and after 50 kills it instead switches automatically to lethal mode.
@@riningan okay…then why have i used it through multiple plays from the beginning as a main weapon…oh well i will keep enjoying it and i make sure i keep up with dialogue..gotta jump if you like the settings
Skippy switching from one mode to the other is essentially down to Skippy being a prototype AI Smartgun. Switching to Pacifist doesn't necessarily "break" anything.
Damage & fire rate stays the same, unless you return him to Regina when asked, it doesn't remove any defects the weapon has (firing prematurely or occasionally missing targets regardless of lock on) & incapacitating opponents is often a preferred or required outcome over killing certain NPCs for Fixers & if dealing with Cyber-psychosis targets (if you want the max Eddies & Street Credit rewarded)

That weapon was the only way you could divorce someone in fable remember I first played fable when I was like 9 I think Idk been a long time.
The Sword of Artorias is why the series added the ability to respec your build in later instalments lol

Commenter's Edition: the Brave Blade from Final Fantasy V. If you want this sword to be at Max power. You CANNOT run away from any battle you encounter. Even BEFORE you can claim the sword. Running from any battle will cause the sword to slowly diminish in power

They got skippy completely wrong. Just pick the puppy mode first. He will switch to head shots after 50 kills.

I came to say you were wrong about Skippy. Seems like I don’t have to as several other people have already stated that your facts were wrong. What has happened to whatculture? It used to be THE place to go for gaming facts.
So for Cyberpunk specifically, why do people complain when Skippy stops head shoting? Unless they changed something in the game, at the end of the day in almost every fight it doesn't matter if you go for lethal shots or not. They all have the same out come, with a few Story Mission exceptions.

No no no! You can't switch between modes with Skippy! When you pick it up, you get two choices-take the one you don't want. The gun will remain in that mode until you have shot 50 people, after which it switches to the opposite mode-and stays there

If you have that high of a level in smithing for Skyrim why would you not have the magic enhancement perk? First off its not ruining an item when Its a single perk point that can be taken at any time. Secondly not doing so would remove every possible artifact weapon or armor from the possibility list on player equipment (and some like Windsheer or Longhammer are busted). I feel like your someone whos not played a video game before and just using clickbait with AI writers because there is no way you don't understand these things.

As an American from the South, with the exception of cast iron skillets, all pans are... frying pans. As an Southern American, I can confirm that.
