Sir Mujhe MSG aaya hai ecourt se ki case registered jisme crn no diya hai, crn se check karne pe pata chala ki first hearing 2 din mein hai, kya mujhe appear hona hai is ke liye. Case registered in wife's native place and takes 12 hours to reach. Case registered under section 125
हिंदी कहावत है कि कागज का बना हुआ फूल देखने में तो बहुत अच्छा लगता है लेकिन सुगंध नहीं होती है कागज का बना हुआ घर मकान देखने में तो बहुत सुंदर स्टैंडर्ड होते है लेकिन हवा,धूप, आंधी, तूफान ,वर्षा आदि नहीं सहन कर सकते हैं इसी प्रकार हाई फाई सोसाइटी में सुंदरता करके सुंदरता दिखाने वाली लड़की की शादी विवाह करने से सब कुछ ठीक होता है लेकिन परिस्थितियां पड़ने पर सहन नहीं कर सकती है इसलिए आजकल शादी विवाह बहुत सोच समझ कर अपने जान पहचान में जानी पहचानी लड़की के साथ करनी चाहिए ताकि कुछ परिस्थितयों का सामना होने पर सहन कर सके क्योंकि सादी विवाह कोई बुड्ढा बूढ़ी का खेलवाद नहीं है कि जब चाहो बिगाड़ दो और जब चाहे बना दो

Hello Sir. Under Sec 125 and wholly under false criminal case of 498A package, wife (via 8 year old son) demanded interim maintenance as well as monthly maintenance. Wife is working in MNC with salary of about 1L approx per month. However under Sec 26 ( along with Sec-9 (now not pressed)), husband won the case ex-parte as wife did not attend court. Sec 125 was petitioned after Sec-26 notice was summoned to wife. What advantage does husband have in this regard. Please reply. Many thanks.
