Wonderful video but I was shocked at the size of that jar of cardamom so I just had to research lol. Yep, it's one of those things that is usually much cheaper in Norway *ediit to add that it's about 10 USD for a jar about 2/3 the size at my usual store. Figured out go to an Indian grocery store

All the food you make in your videos always looks very delicious. Those of us in the USA are going to have a hard time finding black currant squash or black currant anything as that is still not 100% legal in the United States. The fruit was known to carry a fungus that killed trees here so it was banned around 100 years ago. Only some of the states have removed the ban on it.
I've lived in 46 states. I've never, ever had a problem finding or buying blackcurrant products. Especially considering those so-called state bans are only for cultivation and not for selling. And even then, it's not enforced. Get with the times, kiddo. This isn't 1911 anymore. You can find it anywhere.
In the US, we’d call these crepes. For pancakes, we use baking powder instead of soda and don’t worry about lumps or resting in the fridge. Turns out tall and cake-like instead of thin and crispy. Served with maple syrup. Your version sounds pretty tasty as well.

I am keto on a low carb lifestyle for many years now. Your pancakes look delicious so will try and make them with a keto based flour mix and some stevia. Will choose between a few berries, low sugar raspberry jam and a little cream for the topping. If I was in Scandinavia I would definitely use lingonberries or lingonberry jam - absolutely delicious. Really like your brewing in a cauldron cooking videos. Feels magic and witchlike 🧙🏻🍓🌺Great method of flipping the pancakes BTW ☺
