I love the Lenny and Larry’s macadamia nut cookie! Sure the calorie count is high, but I eat it when I know I’m skipping an actual meal. It’s a replacement meal for me on busy days. The fiber content mixed with the protein actually keeps me full and satiated. It’s kinda like how some people grab a blueberry muffin or donut in the morning to pair with their coffee. This is a better alternative for when you want a treat for breakfast but also want some added nutrients. If you’re in a calorie deficit just plan for it. And be by a damn toilet… it hit me immediately 💩
Misleading evaluation, a quest cookie's calorie count is for the same amount as 1/2 a Lenny and Larry cookie which is roughly 52-58 grams. 1/2 a Lenny and Larry's cookie equals the smaller quest cookie. Buy the small version of the Lenny and Larry. The big Lenny and Larry cookie is a meal replacement or idea for bulking.
You can’t spot reduce fat if you want to lose belly fat you have to be in a caloric deficit to lose overall body fat and with that your belly fat will go away when you lose the weight

I’m a wheelchair user but not paralyzed, I’m pretty active, love sports, work out with weights and more but I’m struggling to find my right macro’s for me to see gains like I should and trim around my waist. lenny and larrys fueled my workout and drank it with unsweet oolong tea (0 calories) i wasnt hungry for 2 hours and burned a little over 400 move calories and wasnt hungry and still had energy so basically i undid the cookie i ate but got 10 grams of fiber and 16g of protien, the cookie i got was 420 so not a big difference. I love quests penut butter and chocolate and can eat 2 of em guilt free for 450 calories and 24g fiber and 32g of protein calories do vary by flavor and drank my cookies with a diet dr pepper yummy, i dont even like regular cookies that much i like quest and lenny and larry's much better taste wise

They are almost the same exact calories, the other cookie is just bigger so obviously it’s going to be more calories. Look at the calories for the serving sizes if you’re gonna compare them
