Hey: If you cut the zip ties by the locking head, you can save them to use on something else.

Do these bikes always come double boxed? The ferro unboxing shows a single box so is it just the higher models? Also is there any difference between ordering from zizzo site or amazon is the packaging the same?

      Hi @when da show!
All ZiZZO Bikes do come double boxed; even the Ferro ;-)
If you stop the video at the :30 second mark, you can see the inner box as well.
In terms of where to buy, it is all up to you and where you feel most comfortable making the purchase.
Regardless of where you buy, all the bikes are the same and will be double boxed.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!

The magnets came overlapped on my bike, so it won't open. Also, should the screws be sticking out 1/2 inch from the frame?

      Hello Nikki
We are sorry to hear about the mag catch getting stuck. If you have room, try to rotate the wheel (like you are turning the bike, not spin the wheel along the axle). If there is not enough room to rotate the wheel, you can take a 10mm wrench/socket driver and loosen the plate (on the fork). This should allow the catch to get free.
Please reach out to our service team if you have any questions or would like some guidance.
With regards to the screw, can you send us an image of the screw you are referring to?

These videos are great but why is there no guidance on how much movement is too much for the handle bars stem to frame connection. I have a bolt in the box that's isn't connected to anything, what is this?

Hi S Sherwood. Please reach out to our service team at 866-788-2202 or support@zizzo.bike
Please send us an image of the bolt so we can identify if it was a spare.
With regards to movement in the stem, there should not be any movement in the stem (when locked and in the ready to ride position).

my stem is wobbly do i have it too much extended?

    • @ZiZZOBikes
      @ZiZZOBikes  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi @yogi yogi
Thanks for your post. Because of the length of the stem, there is some flexing to be expected.
Also, the stem should not be fully extended. The stem should only be extended as far as the last limit mark (the series of vertical white lines on the upper stem).
That being said, please reach out to our service team. We can try to determine if what you are noting is "normal" or should be addressed with an adjustment.
      Tony
