I am always amazed how bureaucratic it is to just do anything with a city.
How else are the corrupt POS going to alim money off of every honest persons transaction in their life? Whats amazing is that people continue to put up with crooks regulating every aspect of their lives.

Don't you just love building permits and variances
You may consider the requirements needed to sell retail there ie sports drinks, supplements,your gear, and other things .... if you have not consider such things if so ignore me. I do not know the codes from that location but where im at there are other permits for these retail items

I think it is absurd that you have to go in front of the town and present a dossier to teach baseball and that dossier is likely more expansive than the one MLB Scouts had on you when you were being scouted. Make sure you present your blood type for you, your wife, and your kids, as well as the instructors and coaches that you employ. Also, let them know that you will submit to a retina scan if requested.

You might have to go on front of the Board of Selectmen, you might not. Usually, the last dotted I's and Crossed T's are those of the Board of Selectmen/City Council, but usually it's just a stamp of approval.
Matt, an inflatable dome cost about $10 per square foot. You can get them as big as you want. Why not build your own place?

you buy land build a complex or buy one. you have been rent for nine years.now you lease another building. you could just put that money into a mortgage. you are going to be in baseball forever so it is worth the investment.
