Of the 2, Sammy has been the better goalie overall, especially since Woll came back from injury. The way people flip flop on players is just disgusting. 1 game doesn't change much, especially when the Bruins didn't play that well in this game
Only 1-2 goals were bad on Sammy but you can’t argue this team plays totally different in front of woll and he was great,full team confidence isn’t back after Sammy’s waiver run

Caber deserves much more respect than I feel he’s given. He’s always physical and engaged in the game even when most of the team isn’t and he’s willing to go to war each and every night and sacrifice his body. If the leafs were smart they’d use some of brodies money that’s coming off the books end of the year and sign him to an extension. This is the type of d man I want on my team!
What an amazing comeback. I knew they would. After such a brilliant season, they wouldn’t just fold like that. It was wonderful to see the Bruins struggling tonight. Incredible night for Joseph Woll. Mitch was doing his magic, and Knies was feisty and saved the day in OT.

Why do the Leafs play well when a key player is missing? Because it’s a team sport and 4 players can’t win a hockey game. When we have a key player missing Keefe plays everyone and everyone has a role! Everyone is engaged. Domi, McCabe, Knies, Woll we’re outstanding.

Knies is a big strong powerforward that leads by example. Great pick for the team. He may have captain pedigree as he matures on this team.

Mathew Knies is big than a former leaf, but play a style that when the young man was inserted into the lineup he became one of the best leaders and players .
Mathews reminds me a lot of Darryl Sittler ! Skill physical good hands! not bad for a young man who only played 30 games in college.
Woll played solid, the TEAM played together.

The whole team deserved criticism for the last game but the one i thought was unfair was the peopel demanding JT have the C taken away. Nobody had a good game 4 but Tavares was their best player, hasnt shied away from throwing the body, takes the puck to the net, battles hard for pucks, winning faceoffs. He's quiet and calm but he leads by example, Sundin was the same way.

Where was that intensity and desperation in the first four games? Going to need that every game going forward. Also, Woll was fantastic. If Leafs get goaltending like that, they'll always have a good chance to win.

The leafs always had one problem and that’s in net. If you have good goaltender then you win in playoffs. We had success when he had Eddie the eagle, kujo, potivn, but we never had a great goaltender since. Joe Woll might be that and might lead to success. I would keep Marner. He is annoying but is a great talent. I think with Joe Woll we could be seeing some great success. I was big on him since last season. Kid has good vision and follows the puck and doesn’t give up rebounds

Willy has not been good since signing his new contract and he doesn't play defense. Reilly is decent at offense but not great on defense, which I'd his position. Woll has had 1 decent game and the Bruins didn't even play great. Domi, I agree with

1 crossbar, 2 posts, 2 wide-open nets and a breakaway thwarted by Kampf's hussle. The holes are still there in our game, and this game could have easily been another nightmare.
I hope the coaching staff goes over this game and sees where the holes are because the boys played very well for the first 30 minutes and then almost let them come back.
