The " almost chin ups" both one ,& a 1/2 sets were ( for you) a step in the right direction. They have these things called dumbbells, you don't have to be so scared of them. You obviously understand anabolics, given the size, with no real work ethic, intensity. NO flex hold/ isometric on the tbar😂😂😂. What do you call that one exercise, it was ALMOST like a barbell row???.
