Definitely the best generic Revit annotation instructions I could find - I went through a few I couldn't follow before I found this one. Things that could be better are that it could go a little slower and it would be helpful if the icons to be clicked on were highlighted (because the screen resolution isn't great), but completely usable, and I managed to do everything but the leader (I have 2018 and the screen is different - I'm sure I will work it out). So thanks heaps.

Thank you! Geez, why couldn't Autodesk do that? Their instruction video skips too many fundamental steps and I couldn't fill in the blanks.

One issue I keep running into is whenever I create a new note tag with the same number as a previous tag, the note in the note block disappears or changes to the new note.
For example if I use Note 1 for something simple like, demolish portion of wall, I want to use note tag number one in several places. But every time I place the new tag, the note in the block resets.

How does this work for different sheets with different numbers? Example; You have key note one on sheet A101, but you also have note one on Sheet A203 but the note is different?

Hello, do you know of way to create a NOTE BLOCK template like this that I can use for other projects? I would prefer to save time and not have to recreate a note block in every project!
    Thank you!
