Hi ! We did that at our office, and it became messy very fast, because you can have different numbers for the same text and the contrary, we decided to organise them by type not by occurence. Not that smooth but more rigid. (Wich is good in that case). Editing during a correction is easy trough the organizer.
I just dream about a text editing easier to use, when the text is long you can’t see all the text in one look, so much time lost…
Thank you Balkan, your tutorials are very precious !
Oh man, I can't believe they took Minecraft note blocks and added them to Revit!

How can I make custom symbols for the note block legend itself around the numbers within the legend? i.e. for our demolition notes we use squares around the numbers and for all renovation notes we use circles as an office standard. It seems counter productive to do it manually for each note block legend as things may not align properly or if notes added or shifted.
The link towards the video with the checkboxes doesn't appear on my end, when you say link on the top right. Thanks.
It would be great if the numbers appeared by themselves, like: new label-the next number. Otherwise it's difficult to keep track on the 90-something notes... Any idea how to achive that?
By creating the schedual and keep it open, whenever you add new note it will automatically go to the schedual.
or you could use keynote it is much better
Any way to have a circle around the number in the schedule?
Its quite frustrating that you cannot customize the numbering symbol of the note blocks i.e. circle around numbers for renovation notes and squares for demolition notes or any other shapes for that matter... there were Autodesk threads requesting this feature since 2016....
