Thank you for explaining explicitly. I have a question and a problem which has been bothering me for a long time while I’m saying my prayers everyday. I try to get rid of bad thoughts by diverting my mind to Sachkhand Harmandir Sahib Ji or Guru Granth Sahib Ji while saying my prayers or doing path.
Can I write to you personally so that I can explain what exactly is bothering me and you can guide me as to what I should be doing? Can I get your email address or is there anyway to write to you personally?
So the awareness is us but is not us? Who is the "you" that is referred to in this video?
