Some body fat is good. It cushions your organs, prevent the spread of cancer from organ to organ, should cancer be present.. Fat helps your cells slide past each other better so they don’t stick together. If you get cancer, you need body fat to sustain you thru the treatments. Emaciation, medically- speaking, is not a good thing.
