But her antics didn't stop there, as she was also not afraid of drinking beer and burping around him while he tried to be romantic.

I don't like this story. I get that his wife was a bit excessive when it comes to her behavior but I do believe that you should be able to be comfortable doing human things around your spouse. Like if you are taking too long in the bathroom and I gotta go, I'm going to relieve myself. As for the breath check, that was unnecessary. The least she could've done is ask him to check her breath. And I totally believe that she was very disrespectful to not acknowledge the romantic meal.
As for the prank, I think it says a lot that she couldn't remove the bed pan. I would think a spouse would try and take care of their partner throughout the gross situations as well. There won't always be a nurse to do it. I just remember when my mom was in the hospital and I had to remove her bed pan. Was it gross? Yes, but that's my mom. My loved one was in pain and needed me. I understand some folks physically cannot stand the sight of bodily fluids. I'm not talking about them. But I just think that if I'm going to spend the rest of my life with someone, I would want to be comfortable doing human things (within reason) and be secure enough to know that if I need help doing human things that my partner will step up.

I agree, he was pretty much stereotyping that us woman should act a certain way, men generally do disgusting things too like spitting and farting. You can't put up with each other's flaws or what can't be helped, then you're too stuck up and critical to be with anyone.

I think both are biggest joke in my opinion. Once you are married no matter what you see there worst and best and it became no so surprising thing for you at some point. I say that it wasn't that good idea to use bathroom with your partner so much easily but burp in natural thing i can't just suddenly hold it for someone to be comfortable with it specially my SO but then i would smile and move on that's it. But she feels disgusted suddenly when she needs to take care of him sorry it's not a marriage saving thing but i rather say a eye opening thing both needs to leave each other.

It's normal for wife's to do these things real men learn to just except that the sexy girlfriend we start dating turns in to the tried wife in granny pants. After 22 years things like this don't worry me. I don't think I have had a bath or shower without her coming in on me in years. 🤔 Plus as for none lady like GAS once you start sleeping together it's normal for her to gas you in her sleep 🤢 sometimes I wonder how something so bad smelling can come out of such a sexy , cute , small person but after all these you of being together I have just got use to it.

A true loving relationship is to see and love all parts of your partner, if you can’t handle that then you don’t deserve to be in a relationship. This marriage can be solved with a divorce they don’t love each other they love a front that the other puts on.
I will admit that the story itself was challenging at first, but at least they found a way to rekindle their romantic feelings for each other, good to go for them.
We all have flaws but it shouldn't ruin a marriage if she didn't know how to use a bedpan she should have asked the doctor and if husband is showering just ask may I use the bathroom and then you can finish showering after and never blow your breath on someone face that's bad manners.💯👍💯💃💯

I'm 58 years old and my husband and i been together for 22yr's .when you have been together that long you get comfortable with everything when I was sick in the hospital .He used to clean me and change my bed pan if you love someone it shouldn't matter the situation I think she did love her husband enough to do the changing of he husband. He also expected to be sexy but she felt comfortable to show her husband he thought that we needed to be the same when we first met which is why you should always date for a couple of years and show your true self to each other

I honestly agree and disagree with the story because firstly we're all humans and the release of obnoxious gas from our posterior is just part and parcel of digestion. Secondly, the breath testing was just unhygienic and lastly, not addressing the romantic dinner was just so wrong because her husband made it with so much effort taking a day off from work and going to buy a bottle of wine showing uttermost love and if that was my husband, I would've been so grateful. I disagree on the expectations of a woman, because yes its good to haber some qualities which the society regards as ladylike but we still have to accept a person as who they are for them not to feel out of place. I was sometimes waiting outside just to pee after my guys took 20 min for a dump and 1 hr for a shower. I've dated many guys. it was always the same. Men enjoy their showers. And their colons take forever to process bowel movements. She should leave him for deceiving her She does not need to "learn a lesson." Men: if you can't handle that a woman is not always perfect, don't marry her. What if her body had changed while pregnant? He should love her enough to accept her flaws. This was a bad story.
