There's more to marriage than loving each other and being together for the rest of their lives as it's very important to communicate, trust, respect and being honest with each other especially if someone you love have a serious problem that he/she is afraid to to tell you. I understand Rick has a serious problem but he still should have told his wife Suzy the truth in the first place because by trying to lie and hide a secret could not only make the situation worst but could also destroyed his marriege but at least things had worked out at the end of the story as Rick and Suzy and still together.
