Welcome back to another video where we had this Audi R8 V10 delivered out after the engine cuts out. Car was diahnose by MRC and shortly afterwards it was delivered to us for repair. Unfortunately we didn't know it was a spider so it makes our life a bit more difficult . But more in the video :)

My neighbor in Chicago had one of the first R8 V10's in the Midwest. His house was 30 meters from mine, but every cold start of that car rattled the plates and cups in our kitchen. What a sound! :)

Great content, been subscribed and watching for a few months now. I think you have a great mix of explanation, video detail while still speeding up certain portions, humor, and content length in a nice 12-15 minute zone. It's not going to provide a full DIY, but after watching many of your videos we can start to see what the typical failures look like, and things to watch out for, whether we consider taking on these tasks ourselves, or being prepared if we take it to a shop. Keep up the hard work, we all appreciate the time you put into this!

Love the manual geared cars with the highest level of engineering possible. It helps me to know what to look for when buying one. I used them always during my time as a tech, going back to the mid-80’s. I’ve mentioned on other channels why they don’t and was roundly attacked by the channel fans for even asking. Also a buckle-less belt or buckle turned to the side.

You guys must have good memories. I'm ok taking things apart, but the complexity of taking some engines apart and then reinstalling them in the same path would be well beyond me. Kudos to you.
It's hard to understand the cost saving of making EV's. Just a motor, cabling and control box's. No vacuum pipes, no injectors, no throttle bodies, no plugs, no air/fuel/oxy sensors, no cam chains, no belts, no timing issues... Just a sign of the the times...
