Byron wireless doorbell. No ring chimes, here is the solution😊

No sounds after putting in the batteries. solution is to put them in the correct order.

Thank you. You just saved me buying a new doorbell! Found out it's the same problem when the main unit plugs into a socket. The door push needs to have it's battery first. 🤩

This was so helpful, thank you! If anyone else is still stuck after following the above video, take out the AA batteries, WAIT 15 seconds and THEN re-insert them - the helpline told me this and it now works as above!

If you have the same model as me you can either screw it to the door or stick it with the adhesive tape.

Hi Rob, i took ALL the batteries out from both units then put the small one in followed by the 3AA batteries. If that's not working try the help line, they're very helpful. 0345 230 1231. Hope you sort it out. Good luck. Dee
