Nah very true thing to say u go to the gym to improve ur body if u don't feel need to IMPROVE it why u go, to get sweaty? see don't make sense. Also he's in a chair for his job all day so all the gym would do is cosmetic outside of health. He obvi not the sporty type.

I'm savoring the blemish on the sweatshirt moment. I find people who manage to go around all the time looking fresh and new and clean all the time, and Geezus, their clean cars, to be like exotic creatures. Not human.
The last time I got sick my Dr ask what my routine was. As soon as I mentioned the gym, she was like there ya go. She straight up said I got a cold from the gym and I believe her. So now I really wipe down everything

That is so true about being thin...it's still body shaming! I am 67 and my doctor bugs me every time about how thin I am! It drives me crazy. I'm actually in good shape and health for my age. People should just mind their business 😊❤
For some time I was overweight and ppl would constantly comment on it and now I'm pretty thin and ppl still comment on it 🙃
