Anyone here got the feels because they owned a dog?
Yes! I love my dog 🐶
Karl Smith or lost a dog :(
Wolfy Wlf Is this movie in Color? it's hard to tell.
Katelyn Bodiford no it’s black and white
Me and my family were are watching and playing with my aunts and cousins dog so yes now I have the feels
underrated
This movie made me cry!!! It's so heartbreaking to lose a pet.
It really is 😞
Just lost our oldest dog this past May and it’s been hard. Wish I could see him in person again but it’s just been accepting that he is in a better place. I had him since we was a few months old in 2007. His name was Pooch.
is it weird that i cry every time i see this trailer.
not really, I sometimes cry when the bad guy dies in either games or movies. for some odd reason
I CRY TOO
Absolutely not. I've cried. Id give hugs to you if you did cry.
I love Tim Burton's style! It's so creepy and cool in same time ♥
Artistically, the film has undeniable qualities, the universe of Tim Burton and his creativity no longer need to be demonstrated. Alas, American cinematic conservatism spoils everything and makes the film painful to watch, leaving only the visual side to hold the attention.
On one hand, there's that loud and omnipresent music which becomes unbearable and spoils lost moments of silence which could have enhanced the image even more. A Disney constant unfortunately. These studios lack the audacity to do without what they consider a “must-have” to please their audience base, which is distressing.
On the other hand, and in line with this ultra-classic school of animation, there is this mandatory happy ending in defiance of all logic which becomes frankly ridiculous.
Finally, the cliché of the friendly dog despite his unfathomable stupidity - which apparently makes him endearing in the eyes of the producers and most of the public of films of the genre - only makes him repulsive for many spectators tired of this type of characters. Just like another very common cliché in American animated films, namely that of the hero's father ( Often an immature father seems like a retarded teenager with a lousy IQ ). It seems that Americans love dumb creatures, whether human or animal.
I love how you can really recognize Tim Burton's style in almost everything he makes :)
His work is amazing and I'm a big fan
its been 11 years
has anyone noticed that victor from frankenweenie and victor from the corpse bride look exactly the same but different ages?.....just saying.....
They are the same the ages goes like this (for now) :
Frankenweenie --->The corpse bride --->The nightmare before christmas
Odss => * not -> hehe . It’s mathematics seriously 😂
And sparky looks like the dog from corpse bride-
@@1pukegl1tter_ the Tim burton cinematic universe confirmed

Hats off to Tim Burton for keeping alive the art of stop motion animation.
When you see the Disney logo with a stormy sky, you know it's Tim Burton.
Does anyone else realize/know that this is the same Victor and his dog from the Corpse Bride? I mean... yeah.
I thought that too
I have a theory that this movie is the first one, and then its Corpse Bride, later in Victor's life and then the third part to his life is NightMare Before Christmas when Victor is dead :)
+C r i m s o n t h e G o t h Lool thats exactly what you said xD haha
XD Its ok, mistakes are natural. Is it strange I find Victor attractive?
Lol I found edward scissorhands attractive sooo
I thought he died, then he came alive. Then he died again and came alive AGAIN. I was happy when he came alive. Sad and not sad at the same time. Very great movie!
Hey, its Franken's WEENIE XD
that's victor when he was little they look alike corpse bride
Ana Castillo I was actually wondering if the vVctor that brought Sparky to life also married The Corpse.Bride now I know Mind is officially blown
Ana Castillo yeah but its false since the theory was debunked that they r the same person
Different parents

As a kid Frankenweenie was one of my favourite movies. Until it gave me an awful nightmare and I haven’t watched it since.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
The story was cute, characters were alright. What really got me was the style of animation. I almost cried just due to the nostalgia of Nightmare Before Christmas style. It was obviously done by hand, and it was brilliant. And definitely had that classic Tim Burton creepiness.
Tim Burton has been involved with some fantastic stop-motion films. James and the Giant Peach, Corpse Bride. Vincent and my personal favourite, The Nightmare Before Christmas. I have no doubt in my mind that Frankenweenie will be an instant classic.
Burton is a master of his craft.
I missed all of Tim Burton's awesomeness on the big screen. I'm so glad he's back with another. :D
a children animated movie with a lot of references to the classic horrors, loved this movie.
1:27 "It's Alive, It's Alive!"

my dad gave him away and i miss him dearly
This was such a good film I cried in happiness
I've seen the original black and white of this by Tim Burton. It's an absolutely amazing movie, except this one is animated and the original is with real people and a real dog, and only goes for about forty minutes. Such a lovely story! I'm so happy Tim is making it public :D
I LOVE Tim Burton!!!!
Im 17 i shouldn't be fucking sobbing rn!! i love my dog and all dogs in general so much...
happy 22nd or 23rd lol

For anyone who grew up with a dog, this one just hits different.

Alnab Yeah

Mianhae Billboard lol
Jjang jjang man Boom boom Imagine if Pet Sematary had been like this.
Damn I love that pretty much every aspect is in place from the original 1984 short. The bicycle, the swing set, the neighbors, down to the details on the dog and the "...or is it?"
Makes me incredibly excited
for your information. tim burton is a film maker and artist with great talent. if you think your so great and know everything ; go make a stop motion yourself. the animators and people who made this have done a great job and we should be proud of them for making this amazing animation and continuing the amazing art of stop motion.

Such an underrated movie
I remember watching this movie in primary school when we had the end of year excursion, everyone was upset at first that it was b&w but were all crying by the end of the movie and talking about it for the rest of the week
i still have the original version of this movie on vhs, used to creep me out as a kid
I love how this movie is in black & white!
Same
Ahh I watched this today and it made me cry so much Q_Q Such an adorable movie
Reminds me of one of my old praying mantids I had, named Scyther,he was the best male mantis I ever had,he would sit on my shoulders and never try to fly away, unlike all the others I had,him and his mate were very special to me,and I was heartbroken when he died,a few weeks after this movie came out so when I saw it,Sparky reminded me so much of my Scyther.
I remember watching this in the movie theater, and getting a Holloween bucket of this from McDonald’s. This is such a good movie.
Love you, Fluffy.
Love you, Magic.
Hassa Fausuto aww love you max
i had such a nice dog that died 2 years ago he was that special his still in my heart till this day...n this movie made me cry :( i was thinking about him
Same, it was so sad when I thought the dog would not come back to life. I spent ages just trying to convince myself not to cry in front of my friend, Fran.
This movie is so underatted.. it should be talked about more.
I've loved the short film for the longest time. I'm so excited for this animated remake!!
i was really scared after i watched the film from little but now im not that scared anymore 🙃☺️
This is one of my favourite Tim Burton movies
Brings back so many memories....
I had a dog called sparky and he died in a road accident! I loved him a lot. I cried all the way through. But I just wish I could bring him back, but hopefully I'll be with him in heaven when I die. (I'm only 14/a long time yet)
dont worry ..everyone in the earth will die regardless how old are they ..kids and adults will die it is not a matter of age
i love that burton is re-do-ing this movie. the original short film was amazing. happy to see the plot expand more!
I have to watch this its been 10 years and I have to see it

That’s a stupid reason to not like a movie but ok
This movie made me cry so much. Good film.
This movie broke my heart. And now, we have sadly lost our boy. Absolutely broken.
As a child I was scared just by watching the trailer in the cinemas. My dad was always saying that it was just a movie, nothing to be scared about but I never got convinced.
And only now, with 20 years old, I am for the first time having thoughts about watching it.
this is our annual haloween movie
I feel your pain my child. We have all lost loved ones
Already watch this 9 years ago then i watch it again in 2022, this film will always have a special place in my heart the story are so heartwarming yet it so sad, also the soundtrack are beautiful and nostalgic

I just watched this movie for the first time last night and loved it! It’s really underrated.
such a good movie the dog made me cry like 3 times
oml so when I was younger I went to see the movie "Brave" and this trailer popped up before the movie and the one scene when the lil dude goes "YOUR DOG IS ALIVE" scarred me for life and I was traumatized for another two yrs and then I kind got over it but this is literally the second time I've seen the trailer... Gotta love Tim Burton
Saw this movie yesterday. I liked it. A lot. Tim Burton got a special style and that's why I love his movies.
When the tail started wagging my heart melted 😋😊
this movie was the movie that made me cry more
The first part made me cry, and I know this movie won't have a happy ending...
I remember this short he made that was the original of this! It was only a few minutes long but now they remade it into a full legnth movie!!! Im so pumped for this movie!
This film can get you in stitches!
I saw this trailer when it came out when I was ALOT younger and I remember I got absolutely terrified by it. I think it was something about the stitches in the dog and the black and white that just creeped out my small little mind. But I just had the memory of it today and decided to watch the trailer. And now I’m 13 I start to understand the story more and I realise it is heart warming
I'm so geting this on DVD!
Just lost my dog of 11 years a few weeks ago. Thinking of watching this but dont really want to cry too much...
R.I.P. Spirit
Ok I love this movie and now I want to see the movie 84 years
i used to watch an old version of this movie all the time as a kid! soooo excited!
At the time this was gonna be on Disney Channel i was so terrified seeing the commercial i couldn't sleep
I'm watching the trailer like five years after I watched the movie and here I am crying :')
YAAAAAAY the trailers out!
One of my hopes for this month is to watch Frankenweenie with you.
It's so creepy yet so cute, and you just can't decide on which it is... That's Tim Burton's genius.
Happy birthday tim Burton
