Simple. Pick the best in form in their current position. If there are multiples that are very close & you have one that is leaving the code, then give preference to the guy that is staying.

Brad Thorne was worse, he played for the All Blacks in Union and Kangaroos in League, how can a person represent 2 countries and both tier 1 nations in different codes is beyond me. Dude was doing the Haka in AB and watching the Haka in league.

League always had hated feelings towards Union. When a Union player goes to League you don’t hear about it much but when a League player goes to Union it’s the end of the world.
