I think her voice is even clearer than the the final performance in this one. She is amazing in all cases btw, love the song.
She was probably pushing it to the extreme during this whole month of intense rehearsals and performances, but even in her worst she is still an absolute world class singer and performer and I believe that even in her grand final performance she would've won the jury votes on any year.

I'm from the US, and my Swedish friend convinced me to watch Eurovision this year. When Loreen was about to come on, she said "You're gonna like this, she's really good," and I said "Yeah sure, of course *you* would say that! I'll reserve judgement for when I actually see it."

Imagine how extremely demanding and hard to pull off this number is. To keep those vocals steady in pitch and volume while moving so much is truly incredible. I would be surprised if anyone else could do it. No wonder she has been setting herself a very strict training and diet regime for almost a year to be able to do it. A goddess of artistry !
She has such dedication and focus. Some people just think an artist has a great voice, like she does, and that's it, but that's just a part of it. She could perhaps have showed up with some easy song to sing, an easy performance, but that's not her, she gives it her all, she doesn't play on easy mode, she is bringing something else. Something that's not just entertainment, but something hits us right in the feels, and it's beautiful.
I would say this is her best performance ever, even better than the second one in Malmö. Proud to have her as a represent. 🇸🇪

Tbh, sometimes when I listen to (and watch) music of today I feel like I'm stuck in a bad, bad nightmare. The worst thing is not the music itself, paired with surrealistic imagery and movements beyond comprehension and totally detached from the lyrics, A LOT of people, almost EVERYONE my feverish mind tries to tell me, actually LOVE it according to the reviews. as a swede i wasn’t worried bit about her. the power she holds within her ability to share the story of her songs with the audience left everyone speechless. i knew from the moment i saw this song on the screen for the first time that she’d make it to eurovision, and that she’d have a great chance of winning, and i stand by that
As a swede this is very mid, i don’t think she deserves win. The song is really good on spotify but live she just cant do the ”oh hoho” the same way.

Dude considering how awful the mixing and sound setup at the semi-final was she was great and I didn't particularly even care about her performance in the first place.
I don't think it's that she can't do the high pitched catchy "oh hoho" parts live. I think the microphones just didn't pick it up properly.
When you compare this to many other songs ruined by the awful sound setup there, she was pretty damn good still.
Dont forget to forget about her completely as it happened after her 2012 win.. oh the hypocrisy in this chatroom with all these biased teens!!
