    The one important new fact I took from this case was given by the barrister Michael Mansfield is that Jill was not living in that house in Gowan avenue at the time as it was up for sale and only went there to collect any mail . So the killer couldn't do much planning as to the time Jill would be at the property .
    You would need to be a gun expert to modify a gun so it only fires one bullet with a special bullet and why go to all that trouble to kill the lovely Jill .

    • @carolineholmes4524
      @carolineholmes4524 Před 8 měsíci

      I think Mr Mansfield is suggesting that the killer knew Jill.....explaining why he knew where she would be.

      The gun idea is that it’s fairly easy to get a starter pistol in England for a non-criminal. So the implication I believe is that this was an amateur who could not even access an illegal gun so they converted a starter pistol and made their own bullet to use. I think it goes along with the non-professional hitman theory

    Jill's fiance, Alan Farthing was one of only two people who knew of Jill's plans to visit her house. She was already living with him, and her house was on the market, for sale, so she rarely visited. Alan Farthing is now the Royal gynecologist. How does one explain this amazing fact?

    If it is evidence that convicts a defendant at a trial, then how do our institutions allow these outcomes to transpire in the first place? How many more mistakes do we not know about? The man who was released after 17 years for a crime he didn't commit is one recent example. What about Lucy Letby? I still remain unconvinced beyond reasonable doubt as to her guilt simply because of the lack of hard evidence. The whole case didn't appear to be "Crown Court Worthy", despite how much my heart aches for those poor families whose lives are forever changed. Has the pursuit of so called "justice" overtaken the need for the truth? When the case is closed after conviction has been deemed, nobody's looking for the "killer"....even though the killer is still at large. Does this not worry anyone??

Barry was being fitted up, it wasn't the first time this had been tried, either. Wouldn't you be scared? Experience had taught him to be wary.

      The system is designed to make that be the case, but the treatment of Barry George, and this investigation, was appalling. Being convicted of one crime does not make you the perpetrator of other crimes. Barry wasn't in Gowan Avenue that morning, he was at a disability centre, HAFAD. Jill was murdered at 11:35, Barry was being interviewed by a case-worker at 11:50, having waited to be seen for ten minutes. Don't be fooled by clever propaganda, Barry does not time-travel!

The eyewitness was someone peeking out from under her umbrella at 7:30 am, Jill was killed at 11:35. That woman was wrong, it wasn't Barry, he can't drive. The next eyewitness was of a man leaving Jill's gateway at the time of her killing, closing the gate, and walking swiftly away.
