That is not the case. The video is focused on software engineer roles for which you need to be good technically. However, there are other roles as well in Salesforce like System Admin, Salesforce Admin etc for which you do not need strong coding experience.
SFDCFacts Academy I m not good with coding I don’t see my self as a person who can do development I m interested in salesforce I m trying to learn the technology to get job in other areas.
