*As a Technical Recruiter, TECHNICAL QUESTIONS should ALWAYS be asked. Radius, work environment, types of contracts available, etc. should have been discussed AFTER he feels that you meet the requirements of the job being offered. Nevertheless, great interview!*

@@SalesforceChef ive had 3 interviews in last 3 business days and every recruiter has asked me to explain technical details. Was looking to your video for more information about that interview, the 2nd or 3rd interview.
@@SalesforceChef they asked for some details about business processes and probably wanted me to explain past work experience business models and I stumbled and stuttered due to lack of experience and lack of preparation for the phone call. Most of the other recruiters have not asked technical details on the 1st phone call interview. Needless to say I didn't get callbacks from the 1st interviews that I knew I bombed.
Watching your videos is helping me develop an actual interview strategy instead of just winging it and fumbling occasionally.
