@@7-8-95 I got an infection and then acid kept coming up my throat into my sinuses and then now constant allergies, my nose is super dry and I get so much anxiety and feel out of breath constantly and I can’t smell anything.

It could just be an allergy, try saline irrigation technique. Mix a very small amount of baking soda and a half teaspoon of salt in lukewarm water then put it in a 10cc syringe and squeeze it into both of your nostrils, do this twice a day and take (zinc + vitamin C) one tablet/sachet daily, after some time you'll feel certain improvement in your symptoms and don't worry about its not empty nose syndrome.
