I think nose middle portion devietion and spur creates for many years of sleeping on heighten pillows with same direction because pressure build-up on the middle of the nose septum and bend it, needs to sleep on plain surface with opposite direction for straight it if not previously broken it , and turbinates are accumulations links with septum position changes, it's personal experience and my doctor told me so... don't go for surgery by any provocations for many bad side effects as perforation and septum to 2 pieces , air feelings problems from turbines scar tissue ..and needed another rinoplsty surgery for recovery with huge risks and mony loss ..with chest rib cartilage for support ..
