WWELL................i'm the Bay City Rollers biggest male fan in Great Britain, been on TV,met the fellas, etc, but this is the FIRST time i have ever seen this film since August,1976.I watched it in a caravan on Winkups holiday camp in Towyn, near Rhyl,North Wales,in my Roller gear!A guy in Roller gear,i used to get called all sorts,as you can imagine! But yes,i still love the group,,just the same as my Mexican Wife of 3 years! And Eric as he is now,his stage shows a MAGIC!
I AGREE. ERIC IS A SERIOUSLY BAD ASS GUITARIST. A REAL TALENT @ SUCH A YOUNG AGE YET. THINKING PRODIGY HERE. HE & WOODY WROTE SOME NICE TUNES. I THINK THE SONGS THEY RECORDED WERE BETTER THAN SOME OF THE ORIGINAL ARTISTS. I CAN TOTALLY APPRECIATE THEM. THEY ARE ALL TALENTED MUSICIANS STILL.
They have all come into their own and Leslie is great in concert doing the old stuff and Eric with his new stuff and Woody producing. They were and are MAGIC!!
I have to hand it to Leslie. There are a lot of short 4 word lines [really]. They don't make sense [this is how it is supposed to be]. I do not know how Les learned these. He really is a great singer.
Thank you Janny for the great job that you do with the vids. Love your work, waiting for more, Iam such a big fan of theBCR. just love them. Love Donna England xoxo
Woody REALLY likes to letter RIP on that BASS. He's BADASS & beautiful besides. Have a hard time tearing my eyes away staring @ Woody. He MESMORIZES. This song does have a nice/ pleasant kick to it, even though I can't figure out what their "talking" about. What the hell, their the BCR, they can get away w/ everything they play. I never get tired of listening to them. Never.
Janny, Thank you for uploading all these rare BCR songs. My dad loves BCR and asked me to see if I could find any videos online as they don't sell them in shops. So In recent months I've been putting together a huge collection of videos for him. I bought quite a lot of unofficial videos privately and I've also been all over CZcams searching for anything I may have missed. Channels like yours have been so helpful! Songs like "Are You Cuckoo?" are just fantastic and I know my dad will be thrilled, thank you Janny :) I'm also putting a few audio-only songs on there too for him as I know he'll love them. My dad is primarily a Mud fan, but he loves BCR too, and always played me the songs when I was little. And in recent months, I've spent so much time researching and listening to BCR music, I feel like I might know more about the band than maybe a lot of fans! I could probably name most of their songs anyway. :D I did a ton of research, to make sure that what I give my dad is as good as it can possibly be :) I'm a professional designer so what I've been putting together is a set of DVDs with remastered video, titles, menus, covers, the works. :) (I've also reduced the crowd noises a lot on the Shang-A-Lang studio videos.) Weird that you can't buy anything like that in shops.
+Lee Bee WOW!! What a beautiful story and such a lucky father!! It has been really hard to find videos and what's out there is such low quality due to so much that has been videotaped from TV screens and then transferred to VHS or Beta tapes and then DVD's and then to computers. Technology has come so far and it's good to know that there are people like you that will remaster them!!
Thanks Janny - this is the first time I have either heard or seen this song performed, as it wasn't on the Australian version of Dedication and I never bought the You Made Me Believe In Magic single (this was on the B side). I love it!
As a huge Roller fan I love every BCR song except this one. I really cant see why they recorded it. It is just not a Roller song. Musically and lyrically i think the song is rubbish. Who talked them into doing this song.
I used to hate this song when I was a kid but now I love it. They do a great job with it IMHO. It is a very "un-Rollers" kind of song but they give it a great treatment. In fact, few others could pull it off IMHO.
Good point. I suppose most of us have a song we usually skip past on an album . Another song which is un roller like but a song i love is "Shorrah, shorrah for Hollywood" amazing harmonies and backing vocals.
Thank you Janny for the great job that you do with the vids. Love your work, waiting for more, Iam such a big fan of theBCR. just love them. Love Donna England xoxo

Incredible Eric guitar solo when he let's loose he'll kick serious ASS !!! Nobody ever mentioned how underrated he is.

I love Eric's guitar solo and the ending you can really hear their accents♥️
I've gotta say I enjoyed watching Eric's solo! Well, really, I enjoyed watching all of them!
They have all come into their own and Leslie is great in concert doing the old stuff and Eric with his new stuff and Woody producing. They were and are MAGIC!!
this song grew on me in 1976 and today I can really appreciate it.
40 years later and I still can't understand the words. :D LOL I do love this song. Man, I miss the innocence of those days. :)
I have to hand it to Leslie. There are a lot of short 4 word lines [really]. They don't make sense [this is how it is supposed to be]. I do not know how Les learned these. He really is a great singer.
@SQDLVR This has been on YT for awhile but the picture quality on this is so good that I had to re-post it. Glad you enjoyed it. xoxo

Play that funky music, Rollers. Love this song!! I'll bet Woody enjoyed playing the cool bass part on this tune. :)

Wow Janny this is awesome!! One of my favourite tracks from Dedication! Funny how this wasn't on the UK version. I like it cuz the Rollers go funky!
I have Dedication and live in Australia. It's not on my album either.
Orminethanx
Fabulous ❤
Eric is awesome

@stargazer477 Totally different sound but my faves are definitely looking YUMMY!!!
Sure wish Eric and Woody were still friends. It's too bad.
Thanks Donna!!! xoxo
Les's sexy sultry voice in this❤

I think the Woody's bass line is what keeps this song going. HOWEVER, I think Les really means to say "Are You Nuts?".............
I wonder if they were going for something "Beatles-esque" (?). Who knows, but it is different
@ZolenaB They are just so "Watchable"....LOL!!
It was never released in Germany, not even as b-side.
@jlindholm2000: He disliked it, it must have been hard to learn it under these circumstances :)
Does anyone know what show this was on? UK?
This song is cuckoo😄
How ya’ve been Jenny? 🇨🇦 🙂 🏴
All good here in Canada....except it's bluddy cold!! -33C with a wind chill factor of -42. ewwwwwwwww
Cuckoo? Seriously?!
If this is live, who's on the piano???
not a clue!!!
They hired those guys to play horns, so they probably hired a piano player too.
Terrible.
