Everyone says it's just square footage but it's not at all.... the upgrades do matter if you make the right ones and buy the right products and build things right so they are durable and quiet and healthy and efficient. But I mean the upgrades matter idk why people always say upgrades are irrelevant when some houses sell for 500 a foot and some 200 a foot because of upgrades!
