I always loved the scene when Rick kills the guy after the wormhole, because instead of just shooting him, he shoots a tiny toy suction cup onto the gun to slowly drag it back to him.
By the editing, I discovered how important it was for Rick to find out which brainaliser he was in, so he could figure out how to design a virus for the machine. Also, he mined wood with a pickaxe, Rick is such a troll.
Or it's a mattock from the Tinker's Construct mod...

I mean, Rick's technology is probably millenia ahead of that of the aliens, he could probably just design a virus that's compatible with any computer system whatsoever. And I'm fairly certain the aliens wouldn't be able to comprehend the portal gun design, even if he just straight up told them. All that shit he played on them was most likely just for shits and giggles.

Rick being a highly functioning autistic person would explain a lot. It would also explain a lot for Morty, who would be at a higher risk for it if it ran in the family. Like why he's considered to be so slow, yet at the same time Evil Morty is capable of the same levels of intelligence as Rick. Because for Evil Morty it has already clicked, and he's learned to function and blend in, and really take advantage of his natural intelligence, where as our Morty hasn't quite got there yet. I think there is an actual possibility that this theory might be true, because of Harmon writing for the character and his being on the spectrum. Course it could have just been a throwaway joke.
