Congratulations! Nice video, I've learnt a lot of things, specially the "drop" (z) stuff, mentioned in the comments, to load the furnaces with coal in the early game. I also like the balancing of belts and how during the whole process, you have in mind all the spacing for the factories and belts that will follow. I missed a bit seeing what the others were doing but maybe that would have been too much information for me since it's the first time I see this kind of speedrun in Factorio. Thanks for sharing and congratulations again!
Wow. I'm not only in awe at the speedrun, but also that the game has so many hotkeys like "grab from output" and "equip selected building" that make things like this possible. That's good game design right there. Also LOL at the coal miner centipede
Meanwhile, I just got the "Getting on track like a pro" achievement... I thought building a train under 1.5 hours was good, And these bois just finshed the game in less time :'D

What mouse is this guy using? I am using a computer for decades and I am not that precise in my handling. Did he train that or is he using some sort of track ball or special tool?
Jokes aside tho, if accuracy is something you really wanna(/need to) improve with your mouse, you can practice with Osu or some flash aim trainer on the web.
The mouse he mentions is a gaming mouse, which allows for good control over sensitivity, plus they tend to have accurate sensors. That plus practice, as speed runners play their games a lot.

As the other guy said: the "drop item on ground" actually drops a single item in all contexts, including inventory and machine interfaces. Default z

He uses an IBM PS/2
I use a Logitech MX518 mouse. Has been using that and it's predecessors for 10+ years. It takes practice to be able to build fast.

Unfortunately no, I was hosting and I forgot to enable it when starting.

Yes, this run was only the fourth try on this map. There are still lots of room for improvement.

I'm pretty sure they are disabled. As it is a Any% run they can have the settings as they like and there's no need for biters :)
