Ooh I had sciatica for first time last year and it was like electric shock. I couldnt sit or stand or walk. I had to get injections in my back. Stretching helps prevent and relieves pain
I have had sciatica in left side, all the way down my foot…, it’s a pinched nerve… the pain is awful!! 😣 I had to take 4 different pain meds 😣 feel better ❤

It is a beautiful necklace. Hope you feel better. When my Dad was having sciatica the doctor told him to alternate between Hot and cold cold to shrink the swelling and heat to loosen the muscles. Hope you feel better soon. How are the pecan trees doing?

My daughter has sciatica nerve pain from standing all day because she's a beautician,She goes to a chiropractor it helps but she doesn't go often enough,maybe sleeping on a different mattress is hurting you,hope your pain gets better when you go back to your matteress in Florida.❤❤Proper fitting shoes help to.

I have bad sciatica too , i think it is due to a pinched nerve , and yes it hurts like bad toothache 😢

Love the bracelet!! I just got a t-shirt that says 'Broken Crayons Still Color'. May is mental health awareness month. Sciatica can be from a pinched nerve which can, but not necessarily, be from a herniated disc. The pain is real! Cute bird 🐦
