You are a writer. I will buy a book when you write one.. beautiful. Much❤
The trappings of the rich and famous now being auctioned, sold and eventually thrown away.
Life is fleeting. Make the most of it. Leave a lasting legacy, not just possessions.
I wouldn't be able to tell if it belonged to Kirsti or not, couldn't afford those prices anyway. It's a shame to think that that is all we are reduced to. Someone will either get it from you one day, or it will end up in the trash. You can't take it with you, RIP Kirsti, loved you!
As the saying goes, you can’t take it with you!
It is Our knick knacks and Familiar belongings .
If you go in Thrift shops you'll see collections of Pigs , Or Clowns
maybe Little bells from all their travels . Someone has died who collected those mementos.
Make sure you have Jesus on these excursions and all your Days will be Counted .
People will buy our little fairy items, but that's okay .❤️
That’s right that’s why the Bible tells us not to lay up our treasures in this world where rust will destroy, but to lay our treasures up in heaven! you never saw an armored car following a hearse. This world is not my home. I’m just passing through .salvation. everyone needs it, put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.🙏🏻 John 3:16
@sharonodonnell2147 items can also be at the thrift store because people no longer want the item. Not necessarily they died.
No , you can't take it with you, but you should have enjoyed it during your lifetime.
At least there are her movies and shows to remember her by, and they are available to all of us. Rest in Peace beautiful Kirstie
She died? Omg when?
She had some beautiful clothes. I loved that green table that was already sold. If you’ve ever cleaned out a home or someone that has passed, you’ll understand what I’m going to say. Don’t hold onto stuff you never use. Let someone else enjoy them through donation or give them away. We hold onto too much stuff.
Agreed!
Rest in Peace Beautiful Lady.... thank you for a the laughs and entertainment. You are missed...
RIP, Kirstie Alley.
😢
She passed away? When???
@@nicoleruvalcaba3452 I never knew either and haven’t seen when she passed..
Sadly Google informed me of this sale a couple days after it was over. I live in Holiday, Fl and would have gone just to look.
Those shoes! So pretty. Thanks for taking us along.
You are welcome!
So sad, she was so beautiful, and she is missed. Thanks for sharing!
Yes she was!
@@TheCostumeJeweler 💜
I remember when Kirstie was a contestant on Match Game in the 70s before she became famous. RIP Kirstie. (Jan Griffiths).
I loved Kirstie...she was so real. I adored her decorating skills and loved her style. And, don't get me started on that fabulous head of hair. I have never seen anyone with the likes. I hope her estate yields gobs of money. ❤
Clothes are mostly very overpriced! Fun to awe though! RIP KA!
A lot of that stuff is vintage because she had not been that small in a long time. I loved her her any size. It made me feel better to know that I am not the only one who holds on to clothes hoping one day I will fit in them again and hope they come back in style😉
Thanks for watching!
Haha. I hear you. I am 68 and still have a halter top I wore when I was 15.
@@cherylmahaffey6184 😂😂😂 I have a pair of oash Kosh bib shorts that I love but will not get rid of. At 61, even if I could fit into them I would never wear them but I cannot part with them.
Have you heard of swedish death cleaning.? The owner or family gets rid of practically everything they own frequently, so you do not have a lot to get rid of items when someone passes. I plan to do this for my family.
Love that
Always appreciated her talent. But, I lost respect for her with her defense of the cult of Scientology.
This sale taking place in Clearwater makes me wonder who will receive the proceeds. I wouldn’t be surprised if Scientology was trying to get more from Kristie, even after her death!
Yep ! You can’t take it with you! They do not pull a U haul behind the Hearse! Such a shame how we covet our belongings!
Kirsty was one of my favorite people on TV!
She was such a good and funny soul! RIP KIRSTY!!!
😢🫡👍🏻
I loved Kirstie so much she was so full of life and a wonderful actress. Sad she was taken from us too soon.😢😢
Wish i could afford something of hers to keep❤❤
Kirstie alley was a great actress in her prime days, rip for many years of gracing the ppl with ur acting skills ❤
$300 for a Donna Morgan dress she never even wore is ridiculous.
Suddenly feeling very sad. I didn’t know Kirstie had passed away. 😢RIP Kirstie
She was one of my favorites
I recall she had a pink kitchen and pink house and I’ve wanted that ever since !
I love how you decorated your deck. I love your bunny and bird nests. Well, what can I say, I love everything.
I'm sorry, I evidently put this comment on your channel, but I did watch. I loved that green stone choker. Oh, I would have loved to have bought it. The table outside you liked, I liked it too.
This broke my heart again! Her things that she loved reduced to a giant flea market. So sad.
She went to KU. Right across from me. An interior designer, very funny and the most beautiful head of hair. She was spunky and fun. You are missed.
Oh wow!
Thanks for sharing!
What is KU, Kansas University?
Those clothes are way too expensive, even the ones with tags.
Enjoy all your belongings while you’re alive and able to. Plenty of time later for someone else to inherit or buy them from your estate.
Betsey Johnson is cool but not particularily pricey - now those Louboutin heels....THOSE would be something to grab 😍🥰 newly subscribed btw - this was a fun watch!
I went to high school in Wichita KS with Kirstie. I’m so sorry to learn of her death but glad it went quickly for her. She will be missed. It hits hard when it’s someone your own age.
Wow! How was she in high school?
@@TheCostumeJeweler we weren’t in any classes together but she was in drama. She later made statements about snobbishness in the school that I could relate to but I don’t feel the same way. She never came to our class reunions but I hear she owned at least one property in Wichita and locals liked her.
Wow she still had a lot of pretty items . They were pricey. No purses that is strange.
I emailed the company 3 times. Finally they responded that they had a few but the only one I could identify in the few pictures was like a $2000 purse so figured not touchable for me.
I went the first morning but the line was too long for me. Since then I heard her adorable yellow beach bike with basket went for $925. Some of the dresses were from North and South Mini series. Initially all shoes were $300 and boots $400. Glad you got in. Do you recall what they had on the Dances with the Stars Dress? Just curious.
$1000
That’s sad, I really liked her. I followed her on twitter, she was so funny. She was tweeting away one month and gone the next, it must have been an aggressive cancer.
240 common ancestors were found between Kirstie and me,16th cousin 2 x removed and then cousin's several times over. Seems to be all on my Dad's side, of the family.
Surprised she didn't leave you something in her will😀
I don’t know anyone that can afford these resale prices. Maybe MM ? Many nice items.
Thanks for that video.
Thx for watching!
Was it near the Fort Harrison hotel? Was at the main library at Clearwater on Osceola. Kirstie Alley live near the water.
She is missed. Sadly her "church" Scientology frowned on Drs. The prices are redic. Hope you found a few treasures. Thanks for posting.
With all those pointy toed shoes I bet Kirstie had some bunions.
I hope that the money is going to a good cause if her family doesn't need it. She was a lovely person. Rest in peace.
It's going straight to Scientology. I'm sure if you contact them they'd love to chat with you.
Thanks for this!We live a couple miles away but knew we could never afford anything!
I'm not far either! Thanks for watching!
If you'd gone on the first day, you could've afforded a lot. I got an antique teacup dish for $2. There was a ton of stuff. People bought the affordable stuff first.
Oh wow
💕💕😇
How do you find these sales
I have the memories from her movies. That’s enough.
When did Kirstie pass away? I never wat h news. So i had no idea. So sad, so sorry for family and friends.
December 2022
Love kirsty....but I can't say from what I seen .that I'd buy from her estate sale
It’s hard to believe most of her clothing was horrible.
I don’t not remember Kirstie wearing those small sizes, 😱 6 and below😫
Beautiful ful items. But things look added to the sale, as always.
I was thinking so, too!
I think her family got the best of her stuff before this sell. I would not be impressed by what was there besides a few pieces of furniture. The clothes looked dated and old so that is why I think her family got her best stuff… as it should be.
I'm sure and that's okay.
As it should be!
The correct grammar is "before this sale". "Sell" is a verb, to sell.
If you ever saw her short lived reality show, you knew she had no taste in decorating either!
I need to watch it!
I could never wear high heels. Always had to wear flat shoes. Due my weight I’m sure would break a high heel. What give me fear not wearing them. Alley was heavy in her later years . Wonder if she still wore high heel shoes.
Saw Kirstie on a interview and she was a decorator.
Honestly, I didn’t even know she was gone. When did she pass?
December 2022
Did she pass from covid? I loved her in Veronica's Closet 🩷
Most of the stuff seems to be like leftovers from a yardsale. To bad.
Price is higher just because they we re hers.
What size shoe 👠 did Kirsty wear?
Not sure!
Size 9 shoe
5’7” tall
According to Howtallis
She had cheap clothing. Im surprised. Spiegel?????
Her shoe size looked very big. Rest in peace.
I’m sur3 those clothes were more than she paid for it, presuming because it was hers?
Clearwater, FL is the town that Scientology practically owns.
RIP....Certainly didn't look after her furniture.
She really did not have a very good sense of style which I guess I’m shocked by.
😀
Well what did you expect? You going to a estate sale of a celebrity you definitely should bring a whole lot of money 💰
You can’t take it with you!
If in Clearwater it was most likely being sold by scientology. I believe they ended up taking most of her estate.
No telling.
Kirstie would be just fine with people buying anything she liked or loved and she had too many things for her family to store and keep.
Agreed!
Can't take it with ya.
True!
Looks like old stuff
I see this sale advertised and now that I see what they had and what it was priced. I am glad that I didn’t go! Way overpriced and honestly I don’t see anything significant.
Scientologists will pay those prices.
I didn’t know she live in Florida
Clearwater is where many rich Scientologists live.
Nothing of personal use for me. Maybe furniture or artwork
I wonder if the proceeds will go to the Church of Scientology there in Clearwater ?
shame she left california for spite, and dragged all those dresses with her, I don't think she was in Fla. very long, a gorgeous woman, great on Cheers, gone too soon
“Star Trek 2: The Wrath of Khan.”
This is sad….this is what happens to all who die….throw out your stuff or sell it.
How sad ....
😞
Seriously overpriced!!!
Some cute clothing but a size 6? Must have been from her very early youthful years as an actress. Otherwise I didn't see anything really special.
So sad.
Definitely overpriced
She kept some outdated clothing .
I keep things I love no matter the age.
