    It's incredible that we are living in the times we are now where p3opl3 are indoctrinated to believe everything that's bad for them, is somehow good. This cold obsession is out of control. As of late, I've noticed that more dudes in the US are also wearing shorts even in ice cold weather, and I have to think this stuff comes from the influences of Wim Hof and these other influencers trying to make people think that this cold exposure is somehow benefiting them. But it's only Caucasians I see doing this in winter.

    • @luellabartleyy
      @luellabartleyy Před 2 měsíci

      This cold obsession is insane. I just watched the Shanda Vander Ark trial, one of the torture methods she used on her son was iced baths. He had to take ice baths. I think that sums it all up. It's torture. If it feels bad it cannot be healthy. Same for excercise....it feels bad so it's good right? People get hearth attacks when they are running and working out so it's good for you, sure...the backwards logic is insane.

      up here in canada I saw a group of drunk american degen low consciousness bot tourists run around a ski resort in underwear when it was -34 degrees celsius out. A few hours later an ambulance was called because one of the girls blacked out wearing a bikini into the snow and got frost bite. This Wim Hof nonsense is a huge slave train fad that has become very popular with young adults i've noticed. All these stupid external things people latch onto just to feel alive, feel good, feel like they are in control, feel like they are bettering their lives is just such a cope. My mom, who was born and lived in Siberia her childhood, was telling us how her grandfather sometimes would take her to Taiga(Siberian wilderness) in the summer. He would set traps for birds, gather berries, mushrooms.In the summer it can be 30C there. And she would tell, when they would stumble upon fast running stream that would be wider than a jump over it, they would look for a crossing, instead of going there barefoot, as the water was about 3-4 degrees C, and that's was basically guaranteed pneumonia. Also in the west people have NO CLUE about how to live in the cold, as in what to wear, and the standard procedures that would keep you warm and alive. For example, you NEVER go into hot water, if your limbs got frozen! It can really harm your vessels causing them to rupture. Instead, you would use warm heat, as other person's body heat, or wool in the skin etc. The guys in this video are breaking ALL those procedures and it is quite life-threatening. No wonder You tube promotes this.
