Look for us beginning June 25th!
#MeTVToons - Hudba
I'm excited for MeTV Toons to launched on June 25th, It will be just like Boomerang back in the 2000's with classic cartoons airing.
@JordanAidan1995 im excited for this too
I’m so excited for this! This is basically Boomerang, but with a lot more older cartoons you rarely see on cable
Exactly what I was thinking loved Boomerang 🤩
@KermitKong24 im excited for this too

Its great for this network to permerie so the generation from know could see classic cartoon series from the 60s 70s and 80s 👍👍👍👍👍👍
i agree
24/7 Version of Toon In with Me but it's MeTV Toons Channel. (June 25th)
Get chowder
MeTV should bring The Fonz and The Happy Days Gang and Laverne & Shirley in the Army to MeTV Toons lineup. The Fonz and Happy Days Gang ran on ABC for 2 seasons from November 8, 1980 to November 28, 1981, Laverne & Shirley in the Army ran on ABC for 2 seasons from October 10, 1981 to November 13, 1982 and was produced by Hanna - Barbera and Paramount Television (CBS Television Distribution 2007) for syndicated programming production
@richardlittle1663 Both of those cartoons (and also the Mork and Mindy Saturday morning cartoon) are owned by Paramount, since they're adaptations of Paramount TV shows. (Paramount also owns The Brady Kids (Filmation), Star Trek: The Animated Series (Filmation) and The Oddball Couple (DePatie-Freleng), all adapted from Paramount TV shows.) Right now it looks like most of the cartoons that are going to be shown on MeTV Toons are owned by Warner Brothers and Universal. (Paramount does own the Betty Boop cartoons, but MeTV Toons might only show the cartoons that are in the public domain like MeTV has done.)
MeTV Toons should bring the 1960’s version of Popeye cartoons to its lineup, Popeye was produced by King 👑 Features Productions from June 10, 1960 to April 23, 1963 that is in production for syndication and later distributed by Paramount Television Distribution (CBS MediaVentures) (1979, 2022).
@@richardlittle1663 Those 1960's TV Popeyes (and also the Hanna-Barbera Popeye cartoons) belong to Hearst/King Features Syndicate. (Apparently the ones that have aired on MeTV, "Barbecue For Two", "Matinee Idol Popeye" and "Weight For Me", are in the public domain.) Hearst/King Features Syndicate also owns made-for-TV cartoons with their other characters like Beetle Bailey, Krazy Kat, Snuffy Smith, Blondie, Hagar the Horrible, and Flash Gordon. And they bought the rights to the live action Blondie movies that Columbia Pictures cranked out at the rate of two and even three per year between 1939 and 1950.
This is great. Even though I can watch it online and purchase the DVDs, I never thought I would get a chance to see Rocky and Bullwinkle on TV again. This is great. Definitely looking forward to seeing that, Popeye, Freakzoid, and Looney Tunes, of course. This is a 24/7 cartoon channel too.
@merriemelodiesfan7425 same bro this is exciting
Finally a new animation channel for OTA television other than PBS Kids. Wasn’t a huge into Toon In With Me but this is mega exciting!
@justju0rd i agree it is but why not a fan of toon in with me they show cartoons?
Yes!! Adults love their cartoons too. My kids will be raised on these cartoons (if I ever have any...lol)
I hope that Kimba, The Pink Panther, the original Astro Boy, and Quick Draw McGraw would also be on this channel
If they can negotiate with whoever owns the U.S. dub of Speed Racer to air that on the channel, chances are they can negoitiate with whatever U.S. company owns the license to publish the English dub of the original Kimba and Astro Boy series to air those series.
@joshh9431 yes good idea love pink panther and quick draw mcgraw i never heard of astro boy
@@jeremyriley1238 i cann't wait to see speed racer again
@joshh9431 The Quick Draw McGraw cartoons are owned by Warner Brothers, which is providing a lot of the cartoons that are going to be on MeTV Toons, so that wouldn't be a problem. The Pink Panther cartoons are owned by MGM. The Pink Panther (and also The Inspector, and Roland and Rattfink) were part of MeTV's Saturday Morning Cartoons block from May 2021 until April 2023, but then they were dropped. (I don't know why.)
And Buzz Lightyear of Star Command
I found myself a New qubo😊
I Know!
Thank God! Cant wait for Bullwinkle!
FINALLY! A reason to wake up early, Speed Racer and Scooby Doo.
Awesome
So glad can't wait
This is a good first batch of cartoons. I hope they add others in the future like SWAT cat, TMNT, and Sonic.
make it TMNT 2003!
Yeah some 2000s cartoons would be cool too, Ultimate Muslce, Zatch Bell, Pokemon, Digimon, beyblade, some 2000 Cartoon Network shows, Duck dodgers, Gym partners a monkey, Johnny Test, Megaman Network Warrior, Zoids, Megas XLR
SWATKat is a possibility. TMNT I doubt will happen since Viacom owns the franchise, and Sonic may be possible since the channel will show Inspector Gadget (although it will be the DiC Sonic cartoons and not Sonic X or Sonic Boom).
@@jeremyriley1238 Warner Bros. could team up with Viacom, Disney, and Lionsgate to form a MeTV retro channel! Old 2010's shows also qualify, with Egyxos, Miniforce, Kingdom Force, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and PAW Patrol!
@@Johnny0023 Don't forget Storm Hawks, League of Super Evil, and Dragon Booster!
MAH CHILDHOOD! IT LIVES!
@foolserrand-lu7ym mine too
Can't not wait for me tv toons
I’m worried 😟 about Cartoon Network and Boomerang being replaced. 😢
Me-T.V. Toons Is Launching 2esday, June 25th 2024, Only On Me-T.V. By Channel 45 ! (Memmorabled Entertainment Tellevision.)
Can’t wait for this.
Yes! It's MeTV Toons! I'm gonna watch All MeTV Toons like Tom & Jerry Popeye Top cat Woody Woodpecker Scooby-Doo The Flintstones Rocky and Bullwinkle The Jetsons The Smurfs Yogi Bear Freakazoid Betty boop Casper the friendly ghost inspector gadget and More!
I hope that they air Thundar the Barbarian, Tarzan Lord of the Jungle, Isis and the Super 7, Jana of the Jungle, Godzilla, and Dungeon & Dragons cartoons.
Tom and Jerry and Looney Tunes are my favorite shows
Hope MeTV Toons, MeTV+, MeTV Kids & Teens and MeTV International networks to have their CZcams channels, just like MeTV is having!
im hoping it will be on streaming service cause thats what i have
im so excited for this june 25 cann't get here fast enough
I'm Ready for MeTV Toons is on Xfinity from Comcast is Coming Soon in the Summer 2024!!!?
It’s Going to Be a Channel 130
Never fear 😱 Underdog. Is hear. !!!!
Will this replace Boomerang? If they do, then Boomerang should rebrand it as Checkered Past as 24/7 channel to focus on Classic Cartoon Network originals so we can watch it on Weekends while the block version can only air on weekdays on adult swim. MeTV toons will definitely focus on classic Warner Bros, Hanna Barbera, MGM, etc. for even older Gen while Checkered Past will only focus on CN originals but classic only for now until late 2020s decade or 2029-2030 years, the 2004-2010 era would later add one but it won’t get rid of 1992-2004 eras.
Finally, sanity returns to TV programming!! I really hope they are not completely gutted and butchered by fragile snowflakes.
Exactly! No censored funny parts.
I like the idea very similar to the Boomerang channel they used to always play older cartoons
excally
if they have Inspector Gadget, will that mean other DIC shows will be on there, like Heathcliff, or even The Nintendo cartoons like The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, Captain N The Game Master, The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Captain N & The New Super Mario World? Wowsers!
What about Sailor Moon?
Don't forget Sonic the Hedgehog (Adventures, Sat AM, Underground), Sabrina (The Animated Series and Secret Life), Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater, Super Dave, and Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action.
Also M.A.S.K. too!
@@pernelldh Don't forget The Littles and did I mentioned Sailor Moon?

MeTV Toons is getting reruns of Xiaolin Showdown. Hopefully people wanted to ask the creator Christy Hui to make the Xiaolin Series return.

@richardlittle1663 superman i only seen one episode and would love to see more batman my fav out of the dlc heros
Don't forget about Spider-Man cartoons.
@@vxy357 I think those belong to Disney now. (The DVD set of the original Spiderman cartoons from the 1960's was released by Disney, before they bought Marvel.)
MeTV Toons should carry Batman: The Animated Series which aired on FOX from September 5, 1992 to September 15, 1995, and Kids WB (“The WB”) Network from September 13, 1997 to January 16, 1999 and Superman: The Animated Series which aired on the WB Network (“Kids WB”) from September 6, 1996 to February 12, 2000

Holding out hope for Felix The Cat…The early 60’s version with The Professor, Poindexter, Rock Bottom, Master Cylinder and VAVOOM.
never heard of those cartoons
@@tbone8612 Those were all characters on Felix The Cat, used to watch when I was a kid in 1960’s-70’s…Cartoons on CZcams…
@@douggrey6253 hmm i see is flex the cat like garfield i watched garfield and enjoyed his cartoon
@douggrey6253 Those Felix the Cat cartoons belonged to a company called Classic Media, and are now owned by Universal, which is supplying some former Classic Media properties like Casper, Underdog, and Rocky and Bullwinkle to MeTV Toons, so it's a possibility. (Some of them have been released on DVD, but the "What will happen to Felix?" "cliffhangers" have been edited out.) I remember watching them as part of Romper Room in the early 1970's. Did you know that, except for the woman singing the theme song at the beginning, ALL of the voices were done by one person?
I can’t wait to see this (tho wonder what channel it’s on tho)
Is this going to be available on sky tv and virgin TV kids package here in the United Kingdom
@jamiechisholm8114 i belive i read it will be through antana and streaming service with ad support
Will it be available on free view in the United Kingdom?
Sooner rather than later...
If they really want to recreate the Saturday morning cartoon experience, they'll throw in Schoolhouse Rocks. 😁😁
@daniel_sc1024 yes another good idea
Great idea !💡
@@vxy357 i agree
Like I have me TV. Is that gonna be changed into me? TV tunes or is me TV tunes gonna be separate?
@supernovagaming3777 i belive seperate but idk
Is this coming to the UK? because the childrens Television over here in England is absolutely diabolical.😑
I hope they air The Dukes and dungeons & dragons both were aired by cbs back in the 80s
@juliansmith1951 is that a show i never heard of it
@juliansmith1951 They probably won't show The Dukes because of the controversy over the Confederate flag on the roof of the General Lee. Warner Brothers yanked The Dukes of Hazzard out of circulation, and isn't going to make any more merchandise of the General Lee.
I hope that they air Thundar the Barbarian cartoons.
@@vxy357 same even know i never heard of that cartoon
@@vxy357 Thundarr the Barbarian was added to Boomerang's schedule earlier this month. But it's only once a week, Friday night/early Saturday morning at 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM.
I love this idea!
I just hope my TV provider Optimum can be able to include this channel!
If Toon In With Me is anything to go by people love seeing the old cartoons again!
As someone who got into MeTV 10 years ago because of Batman 1966 & Svengoolie,I'm so happy seeing MeTV become a national phenomenon!
Thank you MeTV!
I hope they include 2000s & 2010s cartoons since soon they'll become classics as well!
Nah, stick with cartoons up until the 90s. Those were the best.
@@sprnightfire Hopefully MeTV toons will have retro toons and shows! The Raccoons, Kissyfur, Biker Mice From Mars, Robo Force, and Sectaurs could be airing on that. It could even be the new Fox Kids!

Well, if they are just airing them in the same 480p format, that's nothing new, all of these shows are available on DVD already. If they would remaster them, that'd be something
What about The New Adventures of Gilligan which ran on ABC from September 7, 1974 to
October 18, 1975 and Gilligan’s Planet which aired on CBS from September 18 to December 11, 1982 both Gilligan’s Island cartoon trilogy series were produced by Filmation Productions in association with MGM/UA Television Entertainment Studios (MGM Domestic Television Entertainment Distribution)
My guess is what they can and cannot air will depend on whether or not they can get the okay with the companies who own the cartoons nowadays (as some of them have changed hands over the decades) as well as companies who own the shows a cartoon is based on.
@@jeremyriley1238 They should show a special Disney-related block on MeTV toons and a Power Rangers block on MeTV toons as well!
