  • Moncada, Tarlac - Welcome to Don Juanito Baldonado Farm in the scenic town of Moncada, Tarlac. This enchanting farm house holds a remarkable tale of love, dedication, and fulfilling a father's dream.
Once envisioned by the owner's beloved father, this 900k peso farm house project commenced, brimming with hopes of creating a serene retreat for the family to cherish for generations to come. Tragically, fate had other plans, and just after one month of construction, the owner's father passed away, leaving behind an unfinished dream.
Determined to honor her father's memory and carry on his legacy, the owner bravely decided to continue the construction of the farm house. Driven by her own success in business, which her father took immense pride in, she embraced her father's vision of a tranquil farm retreat.
Incorporating elements from Filipino ancestral houses, the farmhouse exudes the charm and warmth of tradition. Infused with a touch of Spanish design, manifested through the pristine white accents and concrete touches, the house stands as a unique architectural masterpiece.
Moreover, the farmhouse's inspiration also stemmed from watching the OG channel on CZcams, which added to the owner's passion and determination to make this dream a reality.

I'm skeptical about the design, it feels like something is off. But it makes sense since there are no professionals involved, this is very sad to hear. We shouldn't underestimate our architects, engineers, and CMs for they're trained and educated to bring the maximum design, functionality, and safety of a building. In fact, you'll save more money for the next 30-50 years from building construction/maintenance by having them in the first place. The idea was there, it just didn't execute well.

The properties are beautiful but the prices are astronomically high. I mean there's nothing else to do in the areas for the prices to be that high. So you expect people to travel to get there and when they get there they rest and sleep? Anything else to do there besides that for the price these Air BnB type properties are asking for?

quite sad they didnt hire professionals to help build this project, specially that they *can* afford it as owners of a business. tatay's advise was right, nataas value ng lupa. those professionals couldve designed a better way to increase the value of the lot. as the other comment her said the prices are high and theyd probably just sleep.
or maybe eto yung advise ni maam na simple lang yung paunang ipapagawa and theyd hire professionals pag kumita na to. anyway those were my cents

@@facedust07Elementary lang natapos ng tatay ko pero dito sa amin marami syang ginawang bahay na concrete. Hanggang ngayon buo pa even after 40 years, wala naman bumagsak na bubong. May I ask you who built our roads and bridges? Engineers ba? Bakit laging sira? Bakit laging nirerepair at hindi matapos-tapos?
