- It's the first Friday of 2024 and our first video of 2024, so it had to be a Fresh Finds checking out some cool Fender and Gibson guitars and a Paul Reed Smith! Bonus, our new showroom reveal and tour! We'll check out some new electric guitars that are on the wall plus the current acoustic guitar selection - from some MIJ Fender basses to Les Paul guitars and then some. Then, of course, we'll crack open some cases and see what came in this week. Let me know in the comments which one was your favorite!

Before I began watching your videos I didn't know much about electric guitars, but the "lens" you let us look through in your journeys has provided me with an appreciation in the craft and passion you have for those instruments. Indulge me with a few thoughts and/or observations:
The new shop is coming together and looking great - pay close attention to your lighting scheme and fixtures (maybe consider some tasteful neon here and there)?!
It seems that your talented guitar tech is camera-averse, however, some of us viewers would really like to see her in action doing her magic on a needy "patient".
Lastly, consider doing a focused video on acoustic guitars - explaining differences and features ranging from vintage to modern day. Thx!

Yeah those and the MIM road worn guitars were really solid.
Next time you're in Japan, make sure to keep an eye peeled for a Fender Prophecy II or III.
I have a Prophecy II in ash/antique burst and it's basically amazing. There aren't any others like it.

Shop is great! Alex- what do you think of older guitars with no wear and really clean? Are you weary it’s a dud or are there just a lot of not played mid-level guitars?
Thank you so much! It always depends, I've found plenty of super clean vintage pieces that play great (as well as the opposite!) so just depends on the example!
