Easy way, but only if your AC condenser is not connected. Removing a functioning condenser would mean doing a refrigerant job.

This is an improper way to remove the radiator. And would be impossible if you had the GTi model. Bumper and supports need to come off

Awesome video BUT, and that's a big BUT. I used your video to remove the radiator and unless you drive around without headlights (as apparently you do), one MUST remove the bumper cover to remove the radiator. Why? Because the top 2 screws are behind the headlights and the bumper cover has to come off to remove the headlights.
I can think of two cars I've owned in the past where I had to remove the radiator. One was a Dodge Grand Caravan and the other was a Mazda Protege. To remove the radiator in either vehicle, all I had to do was disconnect the two radiator hoses, remove a couple of screws right above the radiator and lift. The bottom of the radiator was held in place by a couple of tabs that fit into slots in the chassis. I don't know why VW designed the car this way. Oh, now I remember. Their ads brag about them being "German engineered" because they don't want their customers to realize that Golfs and Jettas are made in Mexico.
