Dimash doesn't just sing a song, he "Lives" the song. People who have been to his Concerts say it's like having a religious experience. The fact that he can sing Any style of music with such emotional power as to leave his audience dumbstruck is simply unparalleled. There is Nobody like him, I think he'll go down in history as an All Time Great! 😊🏴👍
I have already been on one of his concerts and I’m not a very religious person, that’s why I wouldn’t call it a religious experience. But I would call it a spiritual experience, of course not at every song. Screaming isn’t spiritual but yes sometimes the experience brings you to another state of mind.

We all feel the same for Dimash, he lives each song, transcends his emotion, and touches our soul.
I love Dimash. His fans are called Dears. Dimash plays 6 instruments and sings in 12 languages. He has a 6 octave range. He is classically trained since the age of 6. Both his parents are singers and are famous in Kazakhstan ( where Dimash is from).
Two months ago i found Dimash while "looking around" on youtube...now i can't imagine a life not knowing about him..

Wooa Dereck, What a fantastic and authentic reaction, it is that Dimash transports us to that story told by his emotions that mix with his voice and his registers. Dimash is unlike any other. Nowadays there are great voices that make incredible highs and lows and we are amazed, but Dimash in each intereptation surprises you, when you think that you have seen everything, take out more and more resources to keep surprising and exciting you. You feel that your soul flies with its song. I am 59 years old and have never seen and felt this with an artist. How sad it would be if in the history of music this boy did not get to occupy a place on the podium of legends. We are witnessing perhaps the greatest phenomenon and artistic genius of the millennium. On the other hand, he plays the piano, drums, guitar and 4 additional instruments apart from being a composer of several of his songs. Blessings from Panama.

This is a classical piece by Tomaso Albinoni that Lara wrote the lyrics to.
She sang the song before Dimash, who is a huge fan of Lara since childhood.
Marie Forsberg, After Lara Fabian heard Dimash perform this song, she congratulated him electronically. In November 2019, Dimash and Lara sang a duet at Russian Composer Igor Krutoy’s birthday concert. Then in March, 2020, Dimash premiered Our Love, a collaboration between Lara Fabian (lyrics), and Igor Krutoy, Dimash, and Yerlan Bekchurin (Dimash’s musical arranger).
Thats one of my favorite performances. Such an emotional performance. This is Lara Fabians song. They are very good friends. You should listen to her sing it. She has a beautiful voice. Its impossible not to get emotional listening to Dimash. Makes me even more emotional watching your reaction. Look forward to your next reaction

Yes,Dereck,we know exactly what you mean,even though it is hard to describe.In a few words we are spiritually connected,his music rings a bell into our deep core and makes us vibrate,he is channeling something unwordly to our inner layers or maybe superior self.It's just hardfelt as pure emotion,undescribable in words.That's why we don't have to understand the lyrics,it's just the power of the sound with hundreds of colours and shades Dimash paints,that pierces our hearts as you say.We cannot but surrender,no other choice!🙂

Loved your reaction! How often have I heard someone speaking of the contrast between singing technique and emotional delivery as if it was an antagonism by nature! The point is: Only if your technique is as good as perfect and has become second nature to you, you´re free to use your energy consciously and focus on your expression. The result is: Dimash!
To me, Laura Fabian did it first. Although I can't deny Dimash is very good at what he does, he often go over the top for me. I prefer the restrain Lara shows when she sings, it moves me more than Dimash who I feel like often tries to impress people.... 😏
If you are not a Dear, you should be. You feel what we all feel. Dimash is a master and singing a song though his heart and transferring all that emotion directly into your soul. Dimash is multi talented and every song reveals more talents that will shock and surprise you. However, his ability to make his audience feel what he feels is his greatest talent beyond any octave range or vocal technique. He's a master and a legend already at age 26. Just think what he can achieve in the next 26 years.

True Dereck - I too get a knot in my throat too with this piece.
First of all it’s one of the most beautiful classical pieces of music ever written - Albinoni’s Adagio, written in the 1600’s.
2nd Dimash has outdone every other singer’s version, though those are lovely too - tenor Jose Carreras who recorded the first vocal crossover version with Italian lyrics in 1996 and then Lara Fabian’s version in English, which she penned herself, a few years later.
Third, even Dimash has not yet outdone his own performance here, which I believe will be remembered for a very long time to come.
I must have listened to it about 100 times and it is still magnificent, inspire of two tiny vocal wobbles, which can easily be forgiven.
Again, for the umpteenth time and still well-deserved, BRAVO Dimash!

Dimash's voice stabs you through your soul, stirs it up and gives you everything that's in him performance wise. He is a spiritual experience that affects every emotion that you have and some that you haven't known you had. He makes you fall instantly in love with him. I have never felt this, or the chills I get listening to him with any other artist in my 65 years on this planet. He is changing the way the world looks at music 🌹🌹🌹 btw Dimash is a multi instrumentalist he says he can play anything but that he plays 8 things well 😁
